On the enclosed, heated terrace there is a Jacuzzi in use all year round. A coffee maker and various types of tea are available in the kitchen. The bathroom is fully equipped: towels, bathrobes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, dental hygiene set, small cosmetic set. In the attic, a comfortable bed.

Relax in the hot tub, enjoy the view from the swing or treat yourself with local wines from our wine cellar. Our delicious house wine is included in the price. Upon thorough renovation in 2021, the house has been adapted to the modern way of living, yet it retained its original charm and soul.

Podravska kuća je retro kućica koji se nalazi na prekrasnoj lokaciji 5 km od grada Đurđevca. Smještena je u oazi mira i tišine te netaknute prirode. Okružena brežuljcima, vinogradima, livadama i šumarcima. Uređena okučnica iznosi 5.000m2. U sklopu kuće nalazi se grijani bazen površine 50 m2 sa sunčalištem . Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, surrounded by nature. This authentic farmhouse was lovingly renovated by my architect father, with great care, attention, and dedication. Libickozma is a magical place, where our senses are soothed by experiences completely different from those of the city— the sounds and scents of nature, the crowing of roosters, birdsong, and the sight of lakes, meadows, and forests.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

Have fun with the whole family at our homey and comfortable, recently renovated place. It is designed and equipped to make your stay the least burdensome and to have a cozy feel like home experience. Please note that the fireplace is only for decoration there is central heating in the house. The pool is in operation only between June to end of September. All the rooms have air conditioning!
