I spent a month in this apartment, for work. Patricio was a perfect host always attentive. the apartment is well located in the South area of La Paz m, with good quality restaurants, shops and cafe. you will find a supermarket next door. the building is new, clean with a laundromat. Communication with Patricio was nickel via W@ts@app. I would highly recommend it.

My friend and I really enjoyed our stay at the apartment! It was exactly like the pictures in the listing. It is in the perfect location, quiet but still close to many restaurants. It has great amenities like the pool and the gym. The washing machine, air conditioning, wifi, and washer all work perfectly. The hosts were very helpful when we communicated with them. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we are in Santa Cruz.

The area is excellent, close to supermarkets, pharmacies, commercial shops. A safe and quiet place, the apartment is comfortable, clean and Co. everything you need to stay a few days, very good experience.

Excellent, responsive hosts. They came to fix something on a Sunday right away. Clean, nice balcony, beautiful roof deck and pool. Just beware that a 20-storey building is going up right in front of the apartment so the construction noise started at 8am and can go until late. Will probably be like that for a year, then normal. However, they do have double paned glass so if you are not easily bothered by noise no problem. Anyway, that's beyond the host's control.

The place is very comfortable and close to various activities. The kitchen was not working and Maria was very kind helping me solve the problem (in the end I don't use it but it was still very pro active)

The house is very nice, comfortable and the environment is excellent for family and relaxation activities. There was a small problem with the hull, but the speed and kindness with which Eduardo solved it is remarkable. I would suggest to equip the house with a washing machine with what would be 100% complete. We'll definitely be back.

This is exactly what we needed and where we needed it. It’s close to the airport so it’s convenient for travelers who don’t want to be in the busyness of the city. There are little food trucks right outside the community and micros (public transport) are easy to access from the community as well.

Silvio's place near the airport was just what we needed. A secure, quiet, lovely place is what we needed for our long layover in Santa Cruz. I recommend this place. Silvio is very responsive and even accommodated us on short notice.

Liliana and her husband were easy to communicate with before and during our stay. They were efficient at responding to questions and small issues. Liliana and her family met us at check in to show us their home. Their home was exactly what we were looking for. It’s far from the city (which means a tranquil, quiet, and safe gated community). The enclosed back yard was PERFECT for our two dogs. The back patio was bright and sunny and clothes we washed dried quickly. The kitchen was well-stocked and we easily prepared several meals. The neighborhood was very pleasant. We went out at night on several occasions to walk to the dogs or to run to the little market and we felt very safe. As soon as we made ourselves known to the gate guards we had no trouble going in and out of the condominium. A taxi to the city center will run you about 40bs and 30ish minutes. If you have the time and prefer to spend less, you can hop on the micro bus that runs in front of the community. If you are looking for a place to relax away from the city center, this place is perfect. Great community amenities, privacy, fast internet, dog-friendly. And Liliana and Benjamin were wonderfully accommodating! We will surely look for their place next time we travel through Santa Cruz with our pups! Highly recommend!

Very nice and comfortable place. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. Our only issue was that the street names in the condo complex have an east and west version, and our taxi driver took us to the wrong side initially so we were trying to get into the wrong home. However, the hosts drove over to help us out and make sure we got access and were in the correct place. They also allowed us to have some family come visit us in the home. Best place out of 5 that we stayed in Bolivia!

The house is exactly like the pictures. It was more than we expected and the communication was very fluid.

We had a great time in the house. We were a group of 8 and we all loved it. The house is very comfortable, large and was very clean. It is close to the square and everything fun in Tarija. We really liked having the courtyards, and the grill was great to share and do asados. The pool and AC was perfect for refreshing. There were 2 bathrooms and many rooms, so we were all very comfortable. I'm sure we'll be back in the future. Thank you for everything!
