The space is very beautiful and well equipped, all new and quality, in addition the icing on the cake is the balcony/balcony with barbecue, ideal for moments of fraternization. Perfect for a couple. Very good location too, not 10 minutes walking to the beach/centrinho de Bombinhas or Quatro Islands. We went to Praia da Sepultura walking not to take the car and took about 25 minutes, no problem. I would recommend and come back. Communication with the host was very quick and smooth.

This is the second time that my family and I have stayed at Neide and Paulo's home, and again the stay was wonderful! The house is excellent: spacious, airy, very well equipped and comfortable. It has everything we need — from furniture and appliances to kitchen utensils… it has everything. The location is great, and the heated swimming pool is a separate charm, perfect for relaxing. The hosts were super attentive and helpful from the start, always available to help with whatever they needed. You can see the affection and care with which they keep the house. I recommend it too much and would definitely come back!

We had a great stay, new apartment, with very good practical and comfortable taste, beautiful sea view, excellent environment for lunch and dinner, two easy access parking spaces, very nice and quiet beach. A great option.

The accommodation met my expectations, it has everything you need for a stay that was as a couple in my case, the complex in general is very complete with its outdoor and indoor pools plus the games room, very attentive and friendly staff, access to the beach and gastronomic walk a short walk away.

The only observation is that the dto has no views of the sea. the photo taken for the publication is obviously a photo that they already have a time because from where you could see the sea grew some trees that hinder the view. the Atención de Lu impossible to overcome by its cortecia and dedication in the attentiones requested. Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

Evandro and Dona Darci (who received us) are great people, who respond quickly and very helpful. The house was in great condition and like in the pictures. Great place, we feel at home. We highly recommend this house for those looking for rest and also fun, it accommodates for both.

The house was perfect for our family. I had everything you need to have a great vacation. Micheli and Robson were very friendly and always willing to help us. The location was great, close to good restaurants and walking you could go to the beach. I definitely recommend it and would love to come back one day.

karin's house is very comfortable. There were 10 of us and we were very comfortable. the view of the beach of bombinhas is wonderful. very large environments. Parking for 2 vehicles. Close to the beach. karin welcomed us in the best way and always responded quickly. Keep in mind that the house is in Alto and for adults or people with reduced mobility it can be a bit exhausting the climb walking towards the house. the house is 100% recommended and having breakfast with that view is something spectacular.

Very cozy place, extremely attentive Ignácio, wonderful location, easy access. The condominium has the best pool I know, always warm and clean! We went in 9 people and will definitely be back!

we were made to feel very welcome, even with a wonderful cake. Very nice and very well equipped apartment. Silent and very secure building. Calm and little bustling street. Corner Market is very nice. The only thing that could improve would be an air conditioner for the living room or two good ceiling fans, since with the hottest days the living room and kitchen were very hot.

Both the apartment and the complex really exceeded our expectations. Everything was of excellent quality, impeccable cleanliness, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Everything worked perfectly. The kitchen was fully-equipped, we didn't miss anything, The view is wonderful, the beach is just a three-minute walk away. We also highlight the cleanliness of the pool and the surroundings. There really is nothing we would have changed and hopefully we can return someday to stay there. We were 8 people and we were very comfortable!!!! Juliana is a wonderful host, always attentive. Everything was unbeatable !!!!
