Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Boone County

Jim (James) did a good job with the place. When we arrived, it was clean and ready for us to move in. The bathrooms had soap/ shampoo and the kitchen was ready with drinks A few items to note - 1 - TVs were smart TVs so we had to log into to our own accounts (no guest accounts) 2 - While we were there, they were doing renovation in the basement - this caused a few times the hot water to be shut off, HVAC to not work, loud noises. We were not notified when theses were going to happen. To Jim's credit. he did quickly rectify the issues and even paid for us to stay in a hotel while whatever was being fixed 3 - parking was plentiful/ trash was taken out to the curb for us 4 - location was good (right by a store and restaurants) 5 - the lawn was well maintained 6 - Jim was responsive with whatever issues we had 7 - There are two additional Airbnb's in the house - so when smoke alarms go off, it goes off in entire house (smoke alarms all wired together) Overall better than hotel

This home was super clean & looked brand new! We felt right at home. Mordeclai was very responsive, as I had an issue locking the door and he was helpful. I’d love to stay again if we ever visit Indianapolis again! Thank you ♥️

This was our second stay with Keir and it’s always perfect. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room. We will always stay here when we visit Lebanon. It’s the best and I love that it supports her local rescue!

Needed to stay near Indy for The Eras Tour, so found this Lebanon gem, so that we didn't need to drive straight home after the concert. Close to highway, quiet, plenty of parking. Lots of space inside. Roomy. Two full baths and bedrooms. Would be good for families of all sizes. Hosts messaged immediately, making everything easy. Would stay again.

Beautiful home in the heart of downtown Zionsville. Walking distance to cute shops and restaurants.

This was a great place. It’s roomy, new, and well-stocked. The property management company was very responsive. Having the bedrooms on separate ends of apartment was nice.

Brand new apartment. Safe neighborhood. Restaurants and shops between 0.2 and 0.5 miles away. Checking in was easy - keypad entry, so no fobs or keys to lose or return at checkout. Responsive hosts. Easy, quick access to I-65 and thence to Indianapolis and Carmel. Westfield is about 15 miles away the other way.

A great air bnb to stay at. The location made it easy to navigate around. The apartment was clean, comfortable and provided exactly what I needed for my stay. The host provided clear instructions and was very resourceful during my stay. I’ll use this air bnb again.

Great spot to stay when in town. Quiet and yet easy to walk to multiple restaurants.

Lux was exceptional understanding when I contacted him that we were going to arrive after 10 pm. His thorough instructions including photos saved the day helping to find the building, unit & key. Parking easy. Unit excellent. Just like photos. Large soaking tub in 2nd bathroom was fantastic. Beds were excellent. They made sleeping easy. Plenty of room for clothes in the master walk in closet. I stayed at Acacia's place for 4 nights with my business being at the Convention Center. That was a little less than a mile walk which was super convenient. There was a delicious Ethiopian restaurant on the same block and a modern American restaurant a few blocks down. I really enjoyed the distance to the War Museums, Capitol, and other historical areas of Indianapolis. It was also less than a mile from night life on Massachusetts Ave. The place is quietly tucked in a corner that's gated which felt safe. Her place was matched everything in the description and she was very helpful with the check-in process since there were multiple entrances. The room was private with its own bathroom and kitchen, very cozy. Acacia was an awesome host and would stay again!

Perfect place to stay for a few days in Carmel. Very clean. Had everything that we needed. Will stay again if we are back in town.

Came down for FDIC, the location was perfect and the host was great.

We had a wonderful visit to Indianapolis, while staying in Terri's home. We enjoyed the comfortable feeling Terri's home provided us. Especially enjoyed the morning coffee she supplied and creamers. We are looking forward to visiting again and hope Terri's place will be available. We also enjoyed her home because of the location, walkable option from Lucas Stadium and the Conference Center. Dina was an amazing host & this is probably one of our top 3 favorite rentals we've stayed in while traveling! It was incredibly decorated & very well stocked for our stay. Location was also wonderful. We parked for the weekend & walked everywhere. Dina also provided very helpful recommendations for food. I'd give Dina & this unit 10 starts & we'll be back!
