Monthly Rentals in Borča

We have really been enjoying our stay. Cvetko and his wife are excellent hosts. We really enjoy our conversations getting to know Cvetko and his wife and learning the language and sharing delicious coffee. Their hospitality and kindness have made us feel at so home duringour first visit to Serbia. Cvetko has been so gracious and helpful in helping us with the language and has given us so many helpful tips from the best coffee and grocery stores to how to travel on the bus line to get from place to place. This flat has a nice layout, modern and thoughtfully decorated. It is so clean and has great accommodations. We are so grateful for the opportunity to be here and look forward to many more days here.💗🙏💗

I've stayed there for 3 months and it is just great for a single person or maybe a young couple. The flat location is a bit outside of the city, which could also be a great benefit in certain situations :) The flat has everything as described. It is very warm during the winter and during the summer there is AC. I had everything, which I may need for my stay from the beginning and never had to worry about anything. The host was very easy to reach and always was happy to assist. However, the only reason to contact the host was to get the paper for the Serbian laws :) 10/10 worth money

I recommend Vladimir as a Superhost without hesitation. The hospitality shown was well above expectations! We put the shops, restaurants and coffee outlets downstairs to good use!

If i could describe it in one word, amazing! The host is very responsive and friendly. The accomodation was absolutely clean and cozy, you will feel it like its at home. Two balconys means everytime sun troughout the day. In the apartment they have all that you need for a long or short stay, like everything for cooking, baking, also showering, washing machine… the bed is comfortable and the sofa too. Absolutely recommended, thank you so much Milos for hosting and wish you all the best
