Tiny House the Berkelhut, peace and quiet

Very quiet holiday home in beautiful surroundings. From our Berkelhut you can walk straight into the woods of Velhorst. The house is heated with infrared panels, has a large double bed of 1.60 by 2.00 meters that can be closed off. You may use 2 bicycles and a Canadian kayak; the Berkel river is in walking distance of your accommodation. In addition to the picturesque village of Almen, Zutphen, Lochem and Deventer are also close by. After consulting us, you can bring your small dog with you.

A bicycle shed is provided. The cottage is heated downstairs or cooled by an aircondioner. The sleeping loft is unheated and really cold in the winter. There may be an electric radiator. In short, enjoy in this beautiful environment. Not suitable for the disabled. Without breakfast.

I have completely adapted my former photo studio on the edge of the small village of Gariaar to offer you a comfortable and cozy stay. As mentioned, the studio is on the outskirts of the village and you are within a hundred passes between the meadows and the beautiful outdoor area. So there is plenty of opportunity to relax, or be sporty! The surroundings of Gelselaar offer plenty of opportunity to relax and/or visit museums and other forms of art and culture.

Cosy cottage with beautiful views

In the outdoor area of Eibergen is our cozy chalet. The chalet is suitable for 4 people and has all the comforts. the chalet has 2 bedrooms both equipped with a double bed. The chalet has its own sanitary facilities, the kitchen is fully equipped with a Senseo device, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment, there is also a TV and WIFI and an air conditioner, also heating. There are also screens and there is blackout in front of the windows.

Our little cottage

A detached, bright and spacious cottage for 1-4 people, e.g. for a family. The cottage has a cozy living room, kitchen with dining area and bedroom with double bed with adjoining bathroom. In the attic (accessible by a ladder) there are two mattresses for children from 4 years. The 'older bedroom' is spacious enough for a cot. At the back a private terrace, at the front you look out onto the yard with loose poultry, flowerpots and various seats.
