All North Frisian islands (Sylt, Föhr, Amrum) and Halligen (e.g. Hooge, Gröde, Langeness) as well as the islands of Pellworm and Römö in Denmark are easily reached by car, train or boat as a day trip.

Greenland on Föhr

Hello! We offer our cozy half of a thatched house. The cottage has 37 sqm downstairs, 28 sqm upstairs, a total of about 65 sqm. Upstairs, of course, is slanted. It is located in Boldixum on Föhr. This is a district of Wyk. Since it is still privately used by us, it does not have one thing: the efficient, smooth charm of a vacation home. Where the wild roses grow, that's where we live.

Cozy under thatch

You will be staying in the middle of the beautiful island of Föhr in the village of Midlum. The loft-like guest area on the upper floor of my fantastic thatched roof house welcomes you. You have your own kitchen and bathroom. You will sleep in a 140x200 large bed. A kitchen sofa as a bed (80x200 m) for a 3rd guest is available. You can make it cozy on the couch in front of the TV.

Just one kilometer from the Wadden Sea National Park you can experience the charm of a lovingly renovated 120-year-old Friesenhaus. Raised on an idyllic warft you have a fantastic view over the wide landscape. The large garden offers plenty of space to relax and romp. Pets are also welcome.
