Het huisje is zeer sfeervol en compleet en heeft een heerlijk terras in het groen, terwijl je slechts 200 meter van het centrum van Alkmaar verwijderd bent en 10 minuten lopen tot het station. Het huisje heeft een eigen opgang voor maximale privacy en 1 gratis parkeerplek. Alle gemakken zoals WiFi, TV, Stereo, Airco, Combi-oven, Was/Droogmachine, Keuken apparatuur zijn aanwezig. Op het terras zijn stoelen, een tafel en een BBQ aanwezig.

Stay in a traditional Dutch Miller’s Cabin beside an authentic 1632 windmill, surrounded by canals and nature in the North Holland countryside. Hand built during the windmill’s restoration, the cabin offers a peaceful and unique stay while still being close to Alkmaar and only 40 minutes from Amsterdam by train. I am a traditional Dutch miller born and raised in Alkmaar, and my American wife, Kelly, and I enjoy sharing this special place with guests from around the world.

Here in the quiet Frisian Rohel, you can really be outside, feel the wind in your hair and the sun on your skin. Cycling and walking along the meadows and (cold) swimming in the Tjeukemeer. Drink a glass of wine on the terrace by the water, with the view of infinity, under the old fruit trees in the garden. Apart from the sounds of birds, the rustling of the wind and in the distance a tractor, you hear nothing at all here. The sunsets can be amazingly beautiful here.

In the beautiful West-Friesland in Oostwoud, we rent a 4-person holiday home called "Papenveer". This vacation home is located in a small vacation park. It is located on through water with beautiful views and privacy. The garden is fully enclosed Papenveer is a cozy, cottage with a modern kitchen and fully equipped bathroom and 2 bedrooms. This lovely cozy cottage is located in a beautiful location in the outskirts of the Frisian Noordwolde, where there are many birds to be seen. Fully furnished, with a cozy pellet stove and a wood stove, this is really a place to relax and unwind! The cottage has its own garden and borders a forest, where you can take a nice walk and in the vicinity there are many more hiking areas. You can also walk from the cottage to a nice swimming pool in about 20 minutes.

COTTAGE NEAR THE WATER

You will find the cottage on a little island called De Woude. It is a true paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and fishermen but if you want visit Alkmaar, Zaanse schans, Amsterdam ore you want to go to the beach you will be there in ca. 35 minutes by car. With a ferry you get to the island. The ferry goes back and forth all day until 23:00. Cars are allowed. their is a private parking place near the cottage.

10 minutes Amsterdam Central Station 'De Hut'

Watergang is a small village 10 minutes from the center of Amsterdam. Watergang is easily accessible by public transport. You can enjoy cycling and canoeing here. We have a canoe and bicycles that you can use. In addition, De Hut has a garden with a pond and lots of privacy. There is also a barbeque that you can use. And of course the beautiful Amsterdam nearby.

Chateau Weiland Incl. Breakfast

Chateau Weiland is a lovely light cottage with its own entrance plus views of the greenery. A good bed and a nice shower. Equipped with all comforts such as well-functioning internet (fiberglass), air conditioning, and a kitchenette. With nice weather, you can open the doors to the terrace and enjoy the sun on 1 of the sunbeds in the garden.
