This lovely apartment, located on the first floor, has a beautiful view over the countryside, is directly on the water and offers plenty of privacy. Through the front door you enter a spacious hall where you walk up the stairs and enter the apartment. Through the hallway you reach the bedroom with a comfortable double box spring bed. Opposite the bedroom is the toilet with the spacious bathroom in addition. At the end of the hallway is the spacious cozy living room with kitchen and also two sleeping places.

Located in the protected natural area of the Zeevang polder land (EU Natura 2000), famous for its birds like godwits, spoonbills, and lapwings. The view it offers is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. Middelie is very near Amsterdam (25 km). Other historical places like Edam, Volendam, Marken, Hoorn, and Alkmaar are never far away (5–30 min. by car).

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. Come and spend the night at the old Wilhelmina School from 1884. In a quiet street lies our building, which was once built as a school, when it acted as a fire station and where we can now live. This third classroom has been refurbished with great love and patience and has now been transformed into a cozy Loft of 70m2. Because the space has open stairs and fairly open balustrade, the apartment is not suitable for small children. Kids from 7 years are welcome.

The apartment is located in a very idyllic, quiet place in the beautiful Frisian Landscape near the IJsselmeer. Originally, the loft was a cooking studio, where delicious dishes were cooked. The loft is spacious and has been completely converted since June 2020. It offers a lot of privacy, tranquility, a private terrace (with rural views) and free parking. In the beautiful surroundings, close to Hindeloopen and Stavoren, you can go hiking, cycling and sailing.
