We are 6 people from France and are looking for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea. The East Frisia region is beautiful with its islands, beaches, dikes and windmills. We were very warmly welcomed by the Weikert family at the Huus Karoline. The owners are very friendly and have made sure we have everything we need. They even invited us to a tea ceremony together. Communication before arrival went very smoothly. They live right next door should you need them. They give good recommendations and can explain a lot about the region. The house is large, clean and comfortable for 6 adults (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Everything is suitable for young children. As in the house description, all equipment is available. Huus Karoline is very well located between Norddeich and Bensersiel. Many thanks to Gisela and Reinhard, they are wonderful hosts - we highly recommend this house! Maxence and family

The house has a great layout and is very nicely furnished. We felt very comfortable from the beginning! The amenities are great - you don't need anything. The view of the canal behind the garden is a dream. A feel-good oasis where you can really relax and recharge. The communication with our hosts was super pleasant, we always received a quick response and very helpful tips. The "Old Painter's House" is a hidden gem for those looking for relaxation in beautiful Northern Germany.

We stayed with Hedda for 6 days and felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was available. Hedda was super flexible, friendly, straightforward, and helpful. If you don't just want to be self-catering, you will find a good Italian just 200 m away and in the Combi market an amazingly good breakfast. We can only recommend this place. We'd love to come back.

Our stay with Elke was very relaxing. We had everything we needed to feel comfortable and to eat. Elke was very kind and informative. The environment - pure nature. Not far to the sights or shopping. The pictures are a little older, but if something was different, it's because it was renewed, like the TV or new four-legged friends pulled into the yard. Happy to come back again and again.

We stayed with our two boys (4 and 1 year) for one night at Annegret and Udo's. In advance, Annegret was very proactive in communication and showed us great ways to divide up the beds. We were warmly welcomed and were allowed to arrive and depart flexibly. With small children, that's worth its weight in gold. We really liked the place itself. It was very clean and lovingly furnished. Everything matched the pictures. The kids were in paradise as there were interesting toys, and we were pleasantly surprised how well equipped the kitchen, bathrooms and living room were. Fall protection, high chair and cheese grater, culinary attentions - everything was there. We would definitely like to come back. Thanks so much you two for a great stay! 😃

Wonderful midweek near the Noorderplantsoen. Fantastically fully furnished house, with all the comforts, including work tables in the 2 bedrooms. Boes and Annemarie have really thought of everything, there are convenient brackets, storage space, hangers, etc. Well-equipped kitchen, which we have made little use of, honestly, because there are so many good places to eat in Groningen. Among other things, a great Ukrainian restaurants a few doors away. We'd love to come back!

We were there with two couples for a weekend from Friday to Sunday and had a great time. The apartment is newly renovated and nicely furnished. Towels and linens were provided. Check-in and out were uncomplicated and the apartment has everything you need. The rooms are much bigger than it looks in the pictures 👍🏽 The only flaw: in the bedrooms there are only thin curtains and no blinds, which is why it was very bright in the morning and with windows open and a lot of traffic a bit noisy. But that bothered us so little that this apartment definitely deserves 5/5 stars, ⭐️👍🏽 we'd love to come back :)

We had a lovely time at Ramona and Steffen's apartment. Communication went smoothly and the two were easily accessible for questions. The apartment is nicely decorated and was clean. It had everything you needed. The apartment is centrally located and you can walk to everything. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice apartment in a great location in Norddeich. The apartment itself offers everything you want, a nice bathroom and a good location. You can use the available bicycles. GREAT! The apartment is quite centrally located. You can reach restaurants, bakeries, the sea and shopping in a few minutes' walk. In combination with the bikes available, this was perfect. The only point of criticism, which is subjective: The mattress in the master bedroom is quite hard. Communication with Markus and Michelle was always super friendly and very accommodating. All the instructions for check-in and check-out and everything else were practically summarized in an overview, so here also GREAT. We really enjoyed our holiday in Norddeich in the coastal happiness!

Lovely apartment in a very nice but also very convenient location. The beds consist of 1 bedroom and 1 sleeping bed, great to do for a weekend away. The kitchen is modern and the living room has a cozy dining table. Within 10 minutes you will be at the Grote Markt. Certainly subject to repetition!

Super nice and cozy accommodation for 2 persons. All as described, the hosts were very nice and accommodating. Everything worked out great☺️👍. As a small arrival gift, there were two Fritz Limos. Nice little attention. Everything is easily accessible, but 5 km to the beach on foot. By car, however, you can get there quickly or by bike. We'd love to come back. ☺️

The beach flower is easily accessible from the train station within 3 minutes. For travelers with larger children (our youngest is 10 years old), the apartment is ideally located. Both the village center of Langeoog and the beach are about a 10-minute walk away. Apartment 3 itself is functionally and tastefully furnished. The fact that the two bedrooms are only separated by a sliding door did not bother us. In front of the house, there is also a piece of lawn for smaller children to play. Villa Strandblume is a beautiful place to vacation.
