There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Beautiful apartment on the edge to a forest in a 2-family house with a separate entrance in Alfter, centrally located between Cologne and Bonn and only a few hundred meters away from the local forest area "Kottenforst" and Alanus University. The apartment provides a good connection to supermarkets, restaurants and public transport. The apartment has 1 bed (160x200)cm and is very suitable and spacious (37 m²) for up to 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower (80x80)cm.

Das Haus ist in der Mitte des wunderschönen Ortes Bornheim Brenig.Zu Fuss ist man in 2 min im Grünen.Ein Bäcker mit Tante Emma Laden ist hinter dem Haus.Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Kirche auch Dom des Vorgebirges genannt. Ein Spielplatz ist 50 m entfernt.Das Haus ist im mediterranen Stil vor 5 Jahren umgebaut worden.Das Haus hat 3 Etagen.Die Bushaltestelle ist 70m entfernt, die Bahnstation 10 min.
