Our quiet and stylish house is centrally located in Åtvidaberg with walking distance to swimming, golf course, shops, restaurants, forest areas and many other activities. The detached house is located on the plot of our larger residential house with access to patio and parking. In the nearby area, there are many excursion destinations. Close to Linköping, Norrköping and Västervik. About 2.5 hours to Stockholm and about 3 hours to Gothenburg. The house is best suited for the adventurous/active couple or small family. The guest house has a private bathroom and 4 beds. The large house has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, porch, bedroom with double bed and sleeping alcove with double bed. Rented out Thursday-Thursday.

Cabin by Storsjön

Lakeside cottage in cozy village with walking distance to country shop. with ICA To Go, pharmacy representative and Systembolaget representative as well as Qstar. Access to rowboat, fishing waters and cozy walking paths. Municipal swimming area and multi-arena, distance 600 meters. The nearest town is Valdemarsvik, 1.5 miles. There is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed and a small TV room with a sofa bed for two. Kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer and stove with oven. Toilet indoors and outdoor shower with hot water.

Secluded cottage by a small lake

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. A small cottage located by a lake with access to its own jetty, wood-fired sauna, boat and free fishing. There is access to, among other things, a refrigerator, TC (dry toilet), fresh water in a jug and charging via a USB port and solar cells (see picture). The cabin is heated with wood. Sanitary facilities are 4 km away with access to shower and toilet. There is a forest road to the cabin. The guest cleans themselves and brings their own sheets and firewood.

Located in the middle of Ukna, about 1 hour by car to Astrid Lindgren's World and 1.5 hours to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed and a smaller crawl space with a single bed are on the upper floor along with a toilet. Downstairs, there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fireplace, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for families with children or larger groups!

Many golf courses close by, Åtvidabergs Golf Club only 10 min away.
