Apartment located in the village of Saint Martin Valmeroux, pretty village 10 minutes from Salers in the Maronne valley. Close to the mountains of the Cantal volcano for outdoor activities ( hiking, snowshoeing, fishing,mountain biking, canyoning...) with shops nearby ( bakery, tobacco press, grocery, medical office, gas station). 2-star cottage renovated in 2018 in the home of the owners who will be happy to welcome you and help you have a pleasant stay.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and towel. cleaning included. You will stay in a 55 m2 apartment for 5 people with balcony on the 2nd and last floor (no elevator). It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/WC (bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.

The Prince's Nest

Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). Our apartment is carefully furnished to offer you a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. With its modern design and warm touches, you'll feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The apartment is located a 7-minute walk from the train station, and a 1-minute walk from Place Delille. For public transport a bus stop is at the foot of the building and the nearest tram line is a one minute walk away.
