Unique modern studio in our houseboat located in the countryside. A hidden and cherished place of Amsterdam residents. The studio was designed and built by the owners themselves in collaboration with interior architect Steven Baart (Typography Interiority & Other Serious Matters). Everything is within reach. Walk, bike or take public transportation in or out of the city. We like to welcome guests who want to discover the best of Amsterdam, such as museums, restaurants, architecture, parks, terraces, etc.

Private studio with private entrance in Amsterdam South (Buitenveldert) with garden, opposite Amsterdam forest. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Open kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, hob with extractor hood. Close to Amsterdam South train station and Amstelveenseweg metro station with good connections (about 10 minutes) to city center and Schiphol airport. Buses stop almost at the door and go to Amsterdam city center and Amstelveen. Guests are allowed to use our large garden. Free Wi-Fi.

This fully equipped 1930s house is full of character-guests often comment on how cosy it feels. Located in a family-friendly neighbourhood in north Amstelveen, it’s close to the beautiful Amsterdamse Bos &has excellent transport links to the airport (20 mins), Zuid (10 mins) &Amsterdam city centre (30 mins). Two cuddly, self-sufficient cats live here &simply need their food topped up (provided), making the home ideal for cat lovers. As this is a family home, we can host a maximum of four adults.

Looking for peace, space and nature in a rural area and yet close to Amsterdam? Then visit our lovely cottage. The cottage is located on the river Amstel, only 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike from the vibrant center of Amsterdam. The cottage overlooks meadows on all sides.
