Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

This unique property offers panoramic views of Køge Bay, with a view of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. There are 4 older kayaks that are only for fun and enjoyment, as well as a small rowboat that can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. Gas grill on the terrace. 1 bedroom with a NEW double bed (160 cm) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on the ship's bunks. Remember your fishing rod. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

From Roskilde Station, there are frequent trains to Copenhagen, which take about 30 minutes. Trains run at a frequency of 2-3 departures per hour and stop at central stations such as Hovedbanegården. There are 6 beds and 2 beedrooms. All new. Small kitchen where you can sit, lounge, tv with few channels. Free wifi. Small balcony where you get up to the apartment 3-4 seating. Bathroom with shower. Bright and quiet apartment near trains/center. Bedsheets is not included but can be rent for 130 dkr pr person. Cleaning is not included, but can be bought for 650 dkr (you do dish youself)
