Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Nice cottage of 90m² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a beautiful common area with a jetty in the summer months. There is no view of the water from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

There are 4 older kayaks that are only for fun and enjoyment, as well as a small rowboat that can be used at your own risk. Shopping 1.5 km. Gas grill on the terrace. 1 bedroom with a NEW double bed (160 cm) 1 bedroom with bunk bed. Possibility to sleep in the living room on the ship's bunks. Remember your fishing rod. Bus every half hour to Roskilde.

The house has 4 bedrooms with space for 8, as well as a lovely annex with space for 4. The house is located in a scenic area with only a 2-minute walk to the beach and the jetty. In addition, a desk, cabinet and junior bed (can be moved to the room) Ground floor: Small rustic kitchenette, dining area for two and bathroom. NOTE: bathroom and kitchen are a little raw. Maybe there's also a rural spider somewhere :-) The home is best suited for friends/couples/families with children, but it can be set up for up to 6 people.

Take the train directly to the festival square, several departures per hour to Copenhagen and good bus connections to the many scenic areas around Roskilde. The apartment is suitable for 1 couple with 2 children, or for 4 people, 2 of whom sleep in a double bed. As a rule, it is rented out for a minimum of 2 nights.

Totally 22 m2. 1500 m to train station. 800 m to the marina with the Viking Ship Museum. 650 m to the Cathedral and Center. The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.
