Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Bosham

Honestly one of the best Airbnb places we have stayed. It is spotlessly clean. The gardens we over looked were beautiful and we loved watching the birds feed. Roy has thought of everything you need to have a perfect stay and we will definitely be returning.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Katarina's apartment. She was an informative and responsive host. The apartment was light and airy, and spotlessly clean and tidy. Castle Road was quiet and funky. Would recommend and will be back!

Had a lovely couple of nights at this property. The location is perfect, right by the beach. Walking distance to the shops. Parking on the drive for a smaller car but plenty of parking in the surrounding roads (paid but reasonable). Stones throw from the day entrance to Butlin’s. The flat itself is lovely and comfortable, no gas but lots of heaters and I think aircon. The bed is very high but comfortable. Check-in/out was very easy. Would definitely recommend this property!

I've now past my first anniversary of being regular visitor to one of nigels apartments in cosham! Which should tell what amazing places they are to stay! I work in the area a few days a week - and these apartments remain to be a god send for somewhere to relax & rest at the end of a busy day/ week. Spotlessly clean, so comfortable - and always, alway a really good nights sleep! My go to when I'm working in Portsmouth!

Great location! Took the family to see Arundel Castle which is very close to the Flat. We were able to park right out front. The center of town is a short walk from the flat so it's easy access for dining out and enjoying a stroll through this wonderful town. The flat was clean and everything worked well.

Wow! What a beautiful place! We had the best holiday here. Uninterrupted views of the sea. Such a great property. Really stylish, comfortable and clean. A wonderful, responsive host. 10/10! Thank you Sam

Absolutely stunning property, super modern and very clean! Michael was fantastic start to finish. Super easy instructions to find & check in. Any questions we had over the weekend he would respond very quickly We didn’t want to leave! 5* will definitely be staying again

An amazing 2 nights that felt like we'd been away for a week! Although right in the centre of a busy town, the house was blissfully quiet and we quickly relaxed, enjoying the warm, beautifully furnished, well equipped property. The historic town of Midhurst has lots of character with a thriving high street including many great places to eat and has easy access to stunning surrounding countryside

We stayed at the Lodge as we had a swimming competition over the Easter weekend. The Lodge worked perfectly for what we needed, close to the pool and provided the much needed space and time to relax. Paul was very quick to respond when had a couple of questions. I would recommend the Lodge for anyone wanting to visit Portsmouth.

Beautiful house with a beautiful view! Extremely comfortable, clean and well stocked. Everything you could need is there. Rosie provided clear check in instructions and we appreciated the box of goodies she left. Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be back!

Another wonderful stay at this perfectly located, cosy and incredibly family friendly seaside retreat. This time the weather was better so the children could enjoy the garden as well. We will certainly be back.

Many thanks to Andrew for being a great host. We loved the accommodation and the location is perfect for the beach and walkable to the local shops and in a lovely area. The house is extremely well provisioned with everything you could need thought of. The pool table was great fun and the WiFi and smart TV made for nice relaxed evenings. We did not try the wood burner but the heating was so effective with clear instructions. the local beach is beautiful and clean and can be reached in about 5 mins walk. a perfect place for a mini break.

No complaints from staff staying in location, was lovely when I popped in, only issue was a shower head missing but Joe rectified this quickly. The guide book on the house left was really useful, was a bit stuck with the boiler not being on long enough but book explained how to turn it on etc so was really useful. Location was good and space was very large, especially for Chichester. Would definitely recommend.

We had a lovely stay Crossways. The house was clean and very cosy. Very comfortable beds and great to have TV's in the bedrooms. WIFI was fast and reliable. Off road parking was a bonus and it was lovely to sit out in the large garden after a day out. The house is located in a very quiet area, which we were surprised about considering the amount of properties there. Check in process was very easy and we had great communication from the hosts. Great base to explore the area.

Sarah’s house is great and made our family gathering for a 70th birthday treat really special. The listing pictures are great, but the house in reality is so much more. The open plan part allows for lots of family time together, the garden provides both a place to relax and for children to play (the the hot tub an added bonus that was enjoyed by all) and the bedrooms are all well sized with comfy beds. East Wittering village centre and beach are a short stroll away with great places to eat and drink, with a lovely ice cream place right on the beach. Thanks to Sarah for being a great host and we hope to be able to stay again in future.

We had a fabulous weekend, the apartment is wonderful and we’re looking forward to coming back already.

We had a brilliant stay, the weather was fantastic so we were able to sit out on the balcony. The location couldn't have been any better. Lots of people and boat watching 😁 Both bathrooms were of a high standard. The beds are very low so we struggled to get out of them , so that is something to bear in mind,but they were comfortable. Amy's communication was really good. We paid for an early check in and she kepted us updated on the cleaning until we could check in. The lock box is in a tree which we didn't spot straight away but that is properly down to us. It did make us laugh. A few more utensils in the kitchen would be good as we had to use a wooden spoon to get the eggs out of the frying pan but we had a laugh. Parking was easy. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Very comfortable stay in this large flat. Perfect fit for our needs in terms of space (3 adult couples and 2 toddlers) and location (walk to old Portsmouth, shops, bar an restaurants nearby). Great communication and flexibility from hosts. Would definitely recommend.

Rock pools is a superb flat for a holiday in Seaview. A stone’s throw from the beach and a lovely sea wall walk into the village and cafes of Seaview. Flat is so well equipped for a small family or as we were an elderly mum and daughter visiting family. I would thoroughly recommend staying here in this lovely bright, clean and spacious flat with all mod cons for a holiday needed and finished to a high quality. Katie is so friendly and responsive to all queries and a great host! Many thanks .

The entrance is in the road called deanery close where there is a car park at the end of the road. The apartment however is beautiful inside, clean, airy, and quite. I really enjoyed my stay there. I did have a problem to start with but Andrew sorted it out immediately, and was very apologetic. I highly recommend this place and will be saving it in my favourites for a future place to stay.

Fantastic Airbnb, great communication throughout the process and the flat was extremely well equipped. Wouldnt hesitate to stay back there again if I was in the area.

Excellent with kitchen supplied with basics, which were not expected. Spacious facility. Towels, linen, bedding all excellent. Easy to get to Portsmouth tourism highlights and in a quiet neighbourhood.

Deborah was the perfect host, and responded within minutes to queries and there was a lovely welcome pack at the apartment when we arrived. It was such a lovely relaxing space and the apartment looked very clean and new. The outdoor space was great for the kids, really safe and contained! And the view was amazing. We loved being able to use the back gate to get onto the cliff path and we were down at the beach in 5 minutes. Lots of lovely cafes between sandown and shanklin and plenty to do along the pier and gardens. We will definitely be back, it was such a quiet convenient location to be able to see the island or just get to the beach easily
