Our quite daylight basement suite has a private entry, hassle-free self check-in and check out system. The location is near Bothell downtown, UW Bothell (30min driving distance to Seattle DT at light traffic). The suite is downstairs (partially below ground: daylight basement), you have full and private access of a bedroom, a living room and a full bathroom. The community is safe, beautiful, and quiet with lots street parkings.

One note worth mentioning is never underestimate Seattle traffic. It took us an hour and 40 minutes to drive to SeaTac airport (on a Tuesday morning) so plan accordingly. We cut it pretty close! Would certainly stay here again!”

This is a recently and thoroughly remodeled cozy 1 bedroom/1 bathroom unit in a duplex. Located in Downtown Bothell, you will be a short walk away from the numerous restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops. The University of Washington Bothell and Cascadia College campuses are just a 10 minute walk, as is the Sammamish River/Burke-Gilman Trail. A 10 minute car ride puts you in the middle of Woodinville Wine Country; Lynnwood and Bellevue are at 20 minutes, and Downtown Seattle is a half-hour away.
