Private entrance and unit is completely separated from the upstairs home. 1 block from Swedish Cherry Hill Hospital, 2 blocks from Seattle U and a 10 minute walk to the heart of Capitol Hill. Coffee shops, international restaurants and beer gardens sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. *Plentiful free parking in front of home. Pass provided. *We do our own cleaning, so intentionally keep the fee low.

My apartment comes with complimentary coffee in the morning, 100% cotton fluffy sheets, bathrobes and towels and a well stocked pantry for making any meals at home in between exploring Pike Place Market or the waterfront. Quick 1 block walk to Pike Place or the pier and the Seattle Aquarium, located right on Post Alley.
