Welcome to the country in the heart of southern Stockholm. High up among the treetops, you will find this fully equipped cottage to spend your stay in. The cottage is located at the top of a mountain with fantastic views of the lake. You'll get free exercise in the hefty staircase leading up. Here you live rural next to the lake and nature but with short distances to Stockholm. Parking for one car available. In about 40 minutes you can get to central Stockholm. Best suited for adult guests may the topography of the property.

Modern new guest house located in a bright south-facing location right on the beach. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen, good Wi-Fi, a bathroom with washer/dryer, bedroom and loft. Directly adjacent there are two terraces and in front of the house a lawn from where you can dip your feet in Lake Mälaren. Parking is available and it is 250 meters to the bus stop. The accommodation is the last house on a quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect starting point for excursions such as Birka, Drottningsholm (10 km), Stockholm City (21 km)

Welcome to a beautiful house in Uttran, Stockholm. Enjoy your stay in our house with lake property, private pool and private dock. A short walk from the house, there is the nature reserve Vinterskogen with an illuminated exercise loop, outdoor gym, hiking trails and a cozy swimming area. Lake Uttran is an elongated lake that in summer invites you to swim, fish or maybe just a cozy boat trip. In winter, you can sometimes take a walk, skate on the ice or why not a refreshing swim in an ice hole.

The house is located in a quiet green area close to the royal castle and nature reserve, reachable by underground (23 min. to Fridhemsplan) or by car (13 min. from Kungsholmen).
