“I stayed at Karin s for a week . The house is located within 2 mns drive / 5mns cycle to the centre of Saltash and 8mns drive to Plymouth ( over the bridge) . The room was spacious with own private bathroom and TV. There was a shared seating area with a good selection of tea and coffee for breakfast . Karin was very kind and helpful . Always had a comforting smile on her face .. would recommend this place to anyone visiting both Cornwall and Plymouth .”
A single room in a house, within walking distance of the town centre, bus stops and train station. Off road parking if required. Secure space for bikes, etc. We're on a quiet street, very close to the middle of Saltash and less than a mile from the Tamar bridge. If you're getting the bus then our nearest stop is Fore Street, either top or bottom.
“Comfortable room in a quiet location with parking. It was an ideal place to stay while away for work. An excellent place to stay in the Saltash or Plymouth area. Everything was sparkling clean. Excellent communication with Rosie also. Thanks again”

“Dee & Steve are wonderful hosts! The apartment is really cosy, clean and kitted out with everything you need to have a comfortable relaxed stay. It was really lovely waking up to the views from the bedroom window! Dee made sure we had everything we needed from breakfast ingredients through to lots of lovely towels and blankets! Make sure you pop to the local pub The Plough whilst you stay... The owner Sarah is so lovely and friendly and we had a really delicious dinner (meat lovers make sure you have the rack of ribs!)”
