Christian and Candelaria are great hosts. They suggest a rare experience of sharing their own home with them, which represents the original idea of Airbnb. At the same time, guests have enough privacy since they occupy the second floor of the house with separate bedrooms, bathroom and a small dining area. A microwave and tableware are provided. In order to cook your own food you are allowed to use hosts' kitchen downstairs. In the morning the hosts serve very nice breakfast for you, which is really thoughtful. The communication was easy. We enjoyed every conversation. The old city worth a walk at least once at night and once in the daytime. Highly recommended!

Very good welcome in a "family" house, it's clean, quiet, bright, Didier's advice on nearby activities was very appreciated. We took advantage of the board games available in the common room and the hearty breakfast with lots of "homemade", we recommend it!

They are motorcycle enthusiasts and frequent travelers, with whom we were able to share our experiences over a good breakfast. Their accommodation is easy to find, easy to access from the highway. We are so excited for this stay! Christine, Christian and their daughter are lovely, kind and very good advice. The house is ideal for the need we had. Everything was very clean, well arranged and quiet and I was able to work remotely easily . Vichy is not far by car: the location is ideal + quiet. Special mention for the very good breakfast! To get to the castle is better to put in the GPS Chateu de Rosieres rather than the address in the description. But even without it is well indicated in the village so we reached we not problems. The minute we walked in we felt very welcomed by Bertrand, he is the kindest host i've met, got even upgraded for free to a better room in the castle instead of in the courtyard. The castle itself feels exactly as you would expect from a medieval castle of the 13th century. Appreciate the tour and booklets about the history. Even if the common spaces may feel a bit unfinished, the rooms were impeccably clean and organized. Also, it is warm and not humid at all. With bad weather outside the bathtub was great to have. We didnt spend much time outside, just enough to meet the donkey and the goat in the back. Very friendly. Great location to have a relaxing weekend, a couple walks in the countryside but also close enough to cities like dijon and besancon. Recommend passing by Beze.

Really lovely host. Chantal was amazing and her place was as described. we enjoyed our stay. it is 15 mins to Dijon and to Beaune. convenient and even better then staying than in central Dijon

The stay with Guus and Julie was wonderful. I was passing through from the south with my 2 children (9 and 13) and this was the ideal stopover to unwind. We got plenty of tips for restaurants nearby, but since it was a busy evening, they suggested barbecuing for us. It was a super meal with nice wine and interesting conversations. The children were allowed to feed the alpacas and sheep and the dog of the house was immediately a friend. The children swam in the spacious swimming pool for a while and relaxed in the beautiful and practical guest room. In the morning breakfast was delicious and extensive. This location is highly recommended! We were sorry to have to leave Guus and Julie after a night. We will definitely come back for a longer vacation.

Our short vacation in Anne Marie's apartment was very nice. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very cozy. Breakfast was very tasty and met our expectations. Everything was regional and fresh. The homemade jam was great👍🏽. Thanks Anne Marie and Roger for your hospitality. We'd love 🤗to come back.

This place was amazing. 🥹 Everything is done in detail to make you feel good. ☺️ Shower gel, cotton, makeup remover cream, bathrobe. The 3-seater sauna is next to the bathroom. This allows you to take a cold shower right after. The beds are large and very comfortable. Very clean linens. Breakfast and meals offered are worthy of the best hotels. Cereals, yogurts, salmon, homemade smoked charcuterie, jam and homemade compote. The cottage at the bottom of the house where Thierry prepares the meal over a wood fire is very original and friendly. We will definitely be back at Thierry's in other circumstances to visit the area.

Warm and very welcoming people, a perfect stay.

We travelled with our granddaughters aged 5 and six and a half, and spent one night and one very fun morning at Maison de Souhey, and it was too short. At risk of repeating what other guests have said in their reviews: Michel and Asja are friendly welcoming hosts, and altogether really nice people. Asja welcomed us with a smile and immediately took the girls to feed carrots to the horses. Their place is set in a beautiful and peaceful location - a group of buildings on farmland. The meals - barbecue in the evening and breakfast the next day, a fresco on the terrace - were prepared by them and we and the girls were happy we opted for them. And the pool was a big plus. We recommend Asja and Michel wholeheartedly.

Great stay in the heart of Morvan. Christine's place fully met our expectations. We also highlight the cleanliness of the place as well as the kindness of Christine who ensures that the stay goes as smoothly as possible and that nothing is missing. We will be back without hesitation and recommend this place.
