Very clean, quiet and pleasant accommodation for a short stay. Emmanuel is a very friendly host, available and discreet, and who does not lack attention (coffee, water bottles and sweets available in the accommodation).

We spent a wonderful and cozy New Year's Eve in the unique Charlet with nine people and three dogs. Right on arrival, we felt very comfortable. The fireplace was already lit, the kitchen had everything your heart desires and every morning there were croissants and baguettes ready for us in a small kiosk around the corner. We could let the dogs run without hesitation in the enclosed garden. There was also space for our four cars in the yard. Thank you for sharing this special charlet with others!

While passing through the Morvan, we were warmly welcomed by Marie-Claude who is very attentive to her hosts. She knows how to share her love for her area and always has good tips on where to go. The accommodation offered is charming, clean, well equipped and in line with the listing descriptions. We found ourselves there very well. The environment is bucolic and quiet despite the traffic of the road which passes nearby. The place is an ideal base to discover a region rich in heritage and offering many opportunities for walks. Don is a wonderful host. He gave us many great tips on what to do in Troyes and was very helpful if we needed anything. The house and pool were more beautiful than in the pictures! Located a lovely lake about 30 minutes away by car. Thank you so much for a great stay and thank you for very good tea upon arrival😃

Property located in a neighborhood not necessarily reassuring and rather noisy building (loud music until very late at night) but all this is independent from Audrey. We had a lovely stay. Convenient studio, with all the necessities and well-equipped. Relatively comfortable bedding. Very responsive and present host. Recommended.
