Rescued from a local farm as a neglected frame, it has been lovingly restored by ourselves into a cosy, modern retreat on the edge of the New Forest. En-Suite shower room and kitchenette with a hob, fridge & microwave. Quality furnishings & luxury toiletries. Very close to the beach, shops, cafes & takeaways. Sorry we don't accept pets.

John's Barn is an architect designed conversion of an existing barn. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The barn is set in 50 acres of natural woodland and fields with a lake and river. The wildlife includes herds of deer that you will see up close. The barn is situated 2 miles from the New Forest Park with its thousands of acres of national park.

The Barn is a beautiful oak framed building that has been in it's present location for a few hundred years. previously it was a thatched cow barn.
