A cozy house with 3 rooms and a kitchen located right on one of Skellefteå's finest sandy beaches, surrounded by a lovely forest. In the house, there is a soapstone fireplace and large windows facing the sea, as well as amenities such as TV, WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine and a well-equipped kitchen. On the property, there is also a sauna, volleyball court and barbecue area that we offer our guests. A harmonious and nice place all year round! The rustic "Härbret" with sleeping loft offers a cozy stay with the feeling of being close to nature. The kitchen area has a fridge, coffee maker and hobs. The "fireplace room" with many windows has its own wood-burning stove that both warms and creates a very private atmosphere. One toilet (waterless sk. Separett) is available next to the fireplace room. Door from the fireplace room leads to the private patio. The shower is out in the wood fired sauna wagon. 520sek/night/1 person , then 190sek/night for every extra guest

On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms with 6 beds. - Access to sauna is available in an adjacent house, including shower and toilet. The house also has a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. - Swimming beach nearby. - The nearest grocery store is in Bygdsiljum, 8 km away - Proximity to slalom hill, 8 km.

Approximately 6 km to the beach and a short walk to a smaller lake with swimming area and fishing opportunities. The house is located in a small village in the countryside, about 15 minutes' drive from central Skellefteå. A car is recommended as there are limited bus connections.
