Daily rates thru 2/28 $120, 3/1-14 $135 + $60 cleaning fee. Minimum age renter 21 / ID Verified; NO PETS. Renter must stay for rental duration. Groups age 21 or above. Capacity 5 adults; adult/child/infant exceptions if equivalent to 5 adults; extra person charge $40/person/day; max 7 adults (snug).
