This apartment was exactly as described. Very clean, spacious, within walking distance to the theater. Easy check in. Host was very friendly and welcoming!! Would highly recommend.

The Sage Sanctuary hosted by Allix was incredible. Exquisitely decorated, cozy, modern and immaculately clean. Nice honey touches. I slept like a baby, the AC was crisp and cool. The bathroom and kitchen were well equipped. Lots of cute little extras, drinks and cocoa and cookies. We will definitely be back to the peaceful hideaway!! Allix was an expert host, responsive and gave great recommendations for dinner and entertainment! One of the best air BNBs I've been to and I've been with air BNB for over 5 years.

The host and co-host where both very communicative, and the house was in expensive. There are some minor updates the home could use. But overall a good experience.

Fantastic host! My stay was for business and I was here for about 10 days total. The host brought me a home cooked dinner one evening. This was a comfortable play to stay to say the least.

This was a great little secluded place. We came for a funeral and Sal was very responsive. The bathroom wasn’t clean and there was hair in the shower but everything else was suitable. I would recommend!

I had a wonderful time here! The home was clean, quiet, and easy to find. A grocery store and restaurants are conveniently located nearby. What stood out for me was the host's quick response to any questions, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I had no problems with the home while I was there and would definitely stay here again!

We’re so glad we found Oscar’s condo. The apartment and furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. Immaculately clean. Great kitchen, appliances, and pans. The views are panoramic and inspiring any time of day. Parking was easy. Short walk to grocery store and restaurants. We’ll be back!

We had a wonderful stay at RiverSuite1. The host was proactive in communications, provided clear instructions, and the listing is spot on & accurate. The deck is a great bonus to this stay and our family (and youngsters) really enjoyed spending time on the deck and watching the river, trains, and birds. Had a great time the first time; came back another time!!

Our accommodations were great. The owners could not have been better for their quick response to our questions and coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out. The location was convenient to downtown, however our only comment about the location was that it was within a block from a shelter for homeless people and we did not feel comfortable walking on that block at night. However, we drove our car to a convenient parking garage downtown instead.
