Vacation rentals with a firepit in Bracey

Everything was great! We were in town for a work trip and was so close to town. We were able to hit the grocery store and enjoy a few dinners in the dining room and deck. Loved the outside lights! Adorable little place we would love to stay again.

A great place to stay if you are looking to enjoy the lake, nice and peaceful. We didn't bring a boat but if we did there was easy access to get your boat to the dock. We arrived after dark, and it was a bit confusing to find the house at night, but we did and everything else was awesome.

Songbird Retreat was the perfect Easter retreat for our family of five. Wonderful fun home in an idyllic setting. Something for everyone. Especially loved the stunning backyard with steps straight to the water, use of kayaks, many places to sit and relax. Richard could not have been more accommodating. Highly recommend!

Totally recommended, beautiful place

Our weekend was amazing. The main floor is large and very open and made it easy for our group to hang out and eat together. The lake is literally just 25 feet or so away from the house. It is February, so we were mostly inside, but quite a few of our high schoolers did jump in the water a few times for a polar plunge. Great value in the off season, great house, and great hosts.

We chose this home because we had family coming from Va and NC and it was very close off I-85. The home is beautiful, spacious and the dock area was plenty big enough for our group of 10, including a handful of teens. We spent ALL of our time down there fishing, paddle boarding and enjoying time together. We caught fish and even a turtle! No one was ever bored! We made all of our meals in the big kitchen and had plenty of room. We will definitely be back

Was a great place for our retreat. Had loads of space for us to gather and the yard was great for games.

Beautiful, charming and maintained historic home with all its character. Conveniently located close to grocery and shopping. The room was comfortable and clean. Quiet and private. Lovely stay!

Been quite a few spots on Airnb. Catherine and Shawn are truly the best host I have experienced….and not even close. They enjoy sharing their slice of heaven to those who appreciate all it has to offer. Gorgeous property to get out and explore and take it all in .It’s a trip my son and I always look forward to.

I had the best time staying here- I was staying here for a work trip, but I hope to be back to spend more time on the lake in this cozy and comfortable apartment. I usually have a hard time sleeping, but was able to peacfully sleep in this quiet, safe, and clean apartment with such a comfy bed. I felt right at home. Mickey and Ann were lovely, friendly folks who were gracious and loaned me a kayak when I had a free afternoon. Will definitely book again when I'm back in the Clarksville area!

This place was wonderful for us. Lots of room and decorated really nice. It was quiet and easy access. Scott couldn't have been more accomodating. Instructions were clear. Things labeled so you were not confused. Guide book of area if needed. Even left a treat for our dog! If, we are in area in future, would stay again. Our stay was awesome. Linda & David Gober

My family and I were absolutely blown away with this beautiful inviting cabin. There really was no stone left unturned. We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities that were offered including the games for the teenagers being able to sit at the fire pit and kick back roasting s’more’s, Morning view sitting on the front porch and the nook with the rocking chairs was perfect. We felt like we were at home away from home. Anyone would enjoy staying here and be very pleased with the hospitality provided.

Cozy, peaceful, idyllic, and serene escape. We loved it! Our dog loved it too; sorry that she barked at the horses constantly. We really enjoyed all the extra snacks too.!

This place is very beautiful within walking distance of one of the state parks in Henderson would recommend driving there, but it is in walking distance. This was perfect for a group of guys to get together to play airsoft at the state national Park. The only negative is that the beds were a little uncomfortable, but the aesthetic of the home is almost breathtaking. If you are staying here, I would recommend bringing a little mattress topper.

This is a gorgeous home in a great area! It’s close to town and activities but yet in a private and peaceful location. I am absolutely humbled by the care Margo gave us, we came into town unexpectedly due to a death in the family, she went out of her way to get the house cleaned and ready by the time we got there. Her kindness will not be forgotten!

The staff responds quickly and does evening they can to help make your stay comfortable no matter what comes up. I will be revisiting them soon.

It was a great stay at your cabin. Wish could of enjoyed more but was a work trip. Wanted to let you know that the grill was about to catch fire when I lighted it. You need to check and see what is going on with the grill. Planning to come back again this week and tried to book again but already booked. We look forward to staying there again in the future to be able to enjoy pond and down time.

The house was very nice and well stocked for us to cook meals in the evening
