Vacation rentals with a patio in Bradley County

Robbie was an excellent host! he even helped with changing out my headlight in my car, which means a lot because i got a ticket for it being out. the place was very comfortable, peaceful as well, had everything my children and i needed for our stay. we really enjoyed our stay, also check in is very flexible, Robbie accepted our short notice request stay with no problems and it was around 11pm when we arrived from traveling all day. i would definitely stay again if we pass by the area again.

This is a wonderful location!! The Ocoee people!! Come stay here and enjoy the outdoors with a touch of city life for those who need it!

Great stay, quiet. Perfect for what I needed

What a wonderful place to stay. So close to everyone and everything! This is our second stay and we are just thrilled to return to our home away from home. Emily is such a gracious and wonderful host!

We had a great stay! This loft was very clean and up to date. It had everything we could need and more. The owners are very responsive and helpful. The house is super secluded and peaceful. We would definitely stay here again!

Pam’s place was wonderful. Pam is a super host. Location was very convenient to the OMEGA Center -1 mile. Great communication prior and during our stay. Her home was spotless, all amenities you can ask for. Kitchen had all the pertinent items needed for cooking etc. It was a great stay and the next time I am in Cleveland I most definitely will check the availability of this Airbnb.

This was the second stay for us with Heather. My sister lives in nearby Madisonville, making Heather's place not only very convenient to the highway, but also an easy trip back and forth to my sister's home. Sweetwater is a darling town; the immediate neighborhood allowed us a good walk every morning. We enjoyed the proximity to Knoxville, the Smokies, and many other fun day trips. Heather's place is comfortable, has a great kitchen for eating in, and absolutely spotless. The balcony is a fun place to end the evening. An exception value and experience, all the way around. We'll definitely return!

Great place to stay in Cleveland - centrally located and a beautiful home. This is now our “go-to” when visiting family in the area!

Absolutely loved our stay here! We were in town for a teammates wedding and this house was perfect. We had issues during the beginning of our stay and they responded very quickly and came to the house while we were gone to fix the issue which we really appreciated! We will book again if we’re ever in the area!

This was the second time we stayed at Tammy’s. Enjoyed it both times. Would stay there again if its available when we are in the area.

The home exceeded our expectations. There is more than enough space in the home. We loved using the fire pit and the grill. And the table tennis in the basement. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We would love to come back to this very cozy comfortable home in the future.

The house was great and met all of our needs. The house was exactly as the pictures showed and had all the amenities we needed. We had to do a lot of running around for a wedding and it was conveniently located between the venue and Chattanooga and Cleveland. The wifi was also very good for our school/work-from-home requirements.

This is an ideal place to rent in the summertime. The outdoor pavilion and the great dock with river access is ideal for a summer getaway. We enjoyed our stay here and might rent again during the summer season.

Very nice place

Couldn’t have been more perfect! Host was extremely great at communicating (5-10 min usually). After 2 weeks in a hotel, walking inside felt like heaven. I was in the unusual position of being a “long term” renter due to repairs on my home. David was very accommodating, twice extending my dates. Always making sure I had everything I needed. Highly, and I mean HIGHLY, recommend staying at this or any other property he lists! His (and his wife’s) attention to details was unbelievable, not one thing was lacking!! Stay here and you won’t regret a thing!!
