Proche de Carcassonne (avec sa célèbre cité médiévale, son lac de la cavayère et ses jeux d'eau, son parc australien) 15km, des châteaux cathares à moins de 1/2h, de lacs (du Lampy à Saissac, de Saint férréol), du canal du midi avec l'écluse de béteille (quelques km), à 35mn de Toulouse, à 1h30 de la méditérannée (gruissan, leucate, la réserve africaine de sigean...), à 2h de Montpellier et de l'Espagne.

At the Co gîte, you will find a real private relaxation area with heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna accessible year-round. The accommodation is located in the countryside amidst wheat and sunflower fields, and will offer you calm and serenity. You will find all amenities within 5 minutes by car (grocery store, bakery, butcher shop, post office, supermarket) and many activities nearby (hiking, walking and mountain biking, wake boarding, museum/tourist site visits)

If you love old stones, this place is for you. In a 19th century house with its charm and flaws, you will enjoy the lower part of a fully independent 50 m² area (kitchenette, two bedrooms, shower room, living room). A stone staircase leads you to the pool and garden. Your rental is located 2 minutes from the Canal du Midi and a lake with tree-lined walks. In the village you will find all the shops, arts and cultures spaces, archaeological museum.

In winter and mid-season: this quiet apartment is ideal for hosting a couple, a small family or people on a business trip. In summer: the apartment stays very cool. The environment can be a little more lively and you can enjoy a shared terrace with barbecue and a 9x4 salt pool. As well as many deckchair spaces and garden furniture.

In our large property we offer an apartment to meet as a couple, family, friends. It consists of a single living room with a bedroom area with a 160×200 bed, an equipped kitchen, a zen area with the Jacuzzi, a TV area with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and an outdoor area. Possibility of booking packed lunches €50 for 2 and breakfasts €7/pers. Close to the city and the canal, 10 min from the city center.

Heated Pool Naturally from May 1 to October 1 by the sun and by greenhouse effect thanks to the sliding shelter. Shared Pool intelligently with us. Your tranquility is our top priority Jacuzzi all year round (request 48 hours in advance). Bed sheets provided, indoor and outdoor towels provided. Fireplace, BBQ Wood provided self-service. No food available. Parties and outdoor rentals are not accepted.

371 @ Mas de la Prade, Gite No.7

We have 3 gites at the property. All have a fully equipped kitchen with gas hob and combination/microwave oven, a bathroom and washing machine, TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels are provided. The garden and pool are shared between the gites. Gite No.7 is a two-storey cottage attached to the main house with private entrance, terrace and gas BBQ plancha. Accommodates 2 people in 1 kingsize bed.
