Enjoy the fantastic view from this idyllic granary located on Valderøya outside Ålesund. The granary is over a hundred years old, but it has been renovated. NOTE: The granary has electricity, but no running water or toilet. Guests can use the shower and toilet in the main house, which is 30 m away. The bathroom in the main house is used only by you guests, and access to the rest of the main house is restricted. There are 5 litres of water available in the refrigerator. You may be lucky to see a flock of sperm whales in the fjord, or see eagles and deer. Rovdefjorden is a busy fjord for both large and small boats, as well as cruise ships on their way to/from Geiranger. The cabin is located 20 m from the lake, where there are good fishing opportunities (rod). Steep rocks and shallow depths. We have life jackets available.
