Marjolein was very helpful and greated us on arrival. The location was private and quiet with had lovely surroundings. The accommodation is very spacious, clean and has everything you need. We will definitely visit again if we come back to the area. Also, the beds were very comfortable.

it was a great getaway! From Eupen, you have a good start to get to other cities. the apartment had everything you need and is a pure children's paradise! there were games, duplo stones, wooden railway available and even in the hallway a small light with motion detector. here is really everything thought of for families! Thank you so much! we will definitely be back as we felt at home!

We spent two wonderful weeks in the Orangerie of Eveline. The accommodation is above expectations spacious and complete but also nicely decorated. The view of the horse meadow is beautiful and from the B&B you can walk directly into the woods. Many alternative hiking trails are relatively close. Eveline's two sweet dogs were a gift. Occasionally they stopped by for a cuddle or a play moment with our dog. We will definitely come back.

The apartment was bigger than assumed, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you might need - and beyond 👌🏼😊 You immediately notice that the comfort of the guests has been thought of here with attention to the details. The location was just perfect: quiet location, but ideal for quickly reaching the big cities in the area. For my family and I it was the perfect combination of easy access and affordable price. Rike's place is perfect for a couple of days exploring Aachen and it's incredible cathederal. The apartment is well positioned to the old town, clean and very comfortable. It has everything you need to prepare your own meals and communication with Rike is quick and easy. And the best part of the apartment is the sunroom, which is an absolute plus! While the apartment doesn't have a separate loungeroom, we found that we spent most of our time in the sunroom, looking out over Rike's garden, and westpark. Really quite relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights at Rike's place and recommend it to other travellers.

Nice place to stay. Neat space, underfloor heating is top. Everything was neatly clean and tidy. Nice layout of the apartment. Quiet area. Good place to discover the Eifel, Aachen and Maastricht close by! Julia does not meet, but everything is well arranged with a key locker.

Had a very nice stay! We were only there for 1 night and came purely to rest after a hard day of competition. Wonderfully quiet place. We loved the beds. Everything was clean, tidy and fresh. Also nice that there were shutters, so it was nice and dark with sleeping. Lea is a friendly woman. We'd love to come back

Absolutely lovely place to stay - very comfortable to chill out in and super accessible for the main part of the city. Good amenities and apartment came fully loaded with everything needed for coffee and making food too. Would definitely come back to stay or buy the flat if i had the money!

Stayed at this Airbnb for a 2 week period and it was wonderful. It is in walking distance to the main centers with restaurants, as well as several grocery stores. It was very clean and we appreciated having a cleaner come half way through our stay to exchange our linen. Would 100% book again if we ever return to Maastricht!

WOW! What can we say, A+++ Yves! Firstly, thank you for the hosting! Our flight to Brussels was cancelled. When I informed Yves he was very understanding and I felt confident that no matter the situation, we would be supported and cared for. When we arrived at the property one day late, it was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with stunning wide windows offering an interesting view at the front. Location was very desirable - amenities are a moment's walk, there is a supermarket a few steps away, and as for food options? No shortage in beautiful Hasselt. We particularly enjoyed the Canal Area which is full of affordable restaurants. Come here and soak up the atmosphere of a beautiful Belgian city. Though we were visiting a friend and the Efteling Theme Park, there's plenty to do and see just in Hasselt! Yves' place is actually larger than it looks in the pictures too. Thanks Yves, we hope to visit your place again soon!

Everything worked out great, Raphaël and his wife are nice hosts, questions and problems were answered and resolved directly. The welcome beer also tasted good after the long drive 🤗 We'll be back.

Beautiful and spacious apartment close to NP Hoge Kempen and Maastricht. Ideal for weekend cycling/hiking in nature or for city trip Maastricht. Very well maintained, smooth communication with owner. Garage to store bicycles is a plus.
