Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

Klein, Fein, Natur pur. Tiny Apartment

You can feel Lake Constance and reach it on foot in 5 minutes at a well-maintained, public, free beach,⛱🏊🐟☀️or you opt for a shore bike tour, 🚲which also starts in front of the house. Leave your car in your parking lot (no small trucks) and use the public bus in front of the house. The festival evening🎻🍾🌜 is a 20-minute walk without traffic jams, along Lake Constance, within walking distance of Lake Constance. The house is directly at the campsite Weiß and Natura 2000 area.

The apartment is lovingly renovated, has 50 sqm and a balcony with lake view. In the spacious living room you can also see the lake from the sofa. Especially popular are the beautiful sunsets. Bregenz is a perfect starting point for excursions, for example to the Bregenzerwald or around Lake Constance.
