The "Hühnerhaus"

The hen house is located in the middle of the beautiful Permagarten, below a former monastery, on the Katzenhof in Bachhaupten. Gabi and Guido live their dream of independence here and want to expand the farm sustainably and suitable for grandchildren. For example, the walls and ceiling of the hen house were made from the over 200-year-old plank boards of the main house. The "gray water" is used in the garden and the "separating toilet" works without drinking water flushing. Modern well-furnished bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living-dining area with Swedish stove / TV / Wi-Fi and direct exit to the covered seating area (+ grill). Within a 15-minute walk, you can reach the old town, restaurants, shopping, public transport (train/PostBus/boat) and lake promenade.

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Idyllic lakeside

Our cozy, large, bright apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break. It is also a great starting point for excursions to the beautiful surroundings and interesting destinations. Even in autumn and winter! It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here you can transfer to Meersburg by ferry - and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A beautiful long waterfront path or the free, direct bus (about 20 minutes) leads to the old town.

ELW, about 20 square meters, in a quiet residential area, right by the forest and yet central. You will sleep on a 160 x 200 cm wide bed. Kitchenette with fridge, 2 hotplates and dining area as well as a private bathroom await you.
