Welcome to the sunny upper apartment of my house! The self-contained apartment has 2 rooms/kitchen/bathroom with a beautiful loggia, is located in the middle of the countryside; but it is only 4 km to Bremen-Vegesack and the Weser. A food market is only 1.5 km away. Carport with wallbox for electric cars can be used and there is a storage facility for bicycles, battery charging possible. In the wooded surroundings and directly on the Weser there are many opportunities for hiking or cycling.

The apartment for 3-4 people (3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children) is located on the upper floor of a two-family house and can be reached through a separate entrance via a staircase. The ground floor is occupied by the landlord. The apartment (90 sqm) has a living room with dining area, small Kitchen, simple children's room, small Bathroom, an enclosed loggia and a small hallway. In the loggia, a third separate sleeping area with guest bed (0.90 x 2.00) could be prepared.

On the first floor, there is the kitchen, bathroom with shower, a living room and a bedroom with two separate beds. The attic is open with a living and working area, as well as a sleeping area with a double bed. There is a spacious balcony to the south side and with a view of the Weser.

The property is located directly on the Weserdich and therefore offers a very quiet yet close to the city. Two enclosed bedrooms and the open pointed floor room offer enough space for up to five people with two double beds and a sofa bed.
