The place smelled so good and was so clean when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect. So many good bars/restaurants in walking distance we didn't need to take a lyft/uber hardly at all and it's really close to the airport. The host's communication was great and she was really helpful any time we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

This place is the best spot to stay at 100% everything from the surrounding view, the distance to areas around Brickell Miami is within close range wether walking or quick drive. Great host and service will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. I truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

This place was amazing. We really enjoyed ourselves. Steve is a great Host he replied and answer in questions we had. Very safe and quiet neighborhood.

Paula was very accommodating with our stay. She made us feel right at home and was pretty responsive when questions arouse. There was an almost hurricane that was about to hit us (but missed) and she had emergency supplies brought over in case we lost power. Would definitely rent from her again.

Angela’s place was perfect and close to all our wedding events and venues. She is very responsive and accommodating to ensure a pleasant stay. The location is close to many areas of Miami with many restaurants near by. An added bonus is the awesome coffee machine. Place was well supplied with everything that is needed and very clean. Angela even went above and beyond and supplied me with a portable full length mirror to accommodate my make up and hair session. I would highly recommend the place and would stay there again if needed to visit the area. What a lovely host! Thank you Angela for making the weekend a bit less stressful and for your kind hospitality.

This was an ideal place for us as my husband was recovering from surgery at University of Miami. The space itself was spacious, spotless, and well maintained-a great space to recover. The backyard was a lovely bonus, offering a great place to unwind. Kathy and Elizabeth were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Check in and out was smooth and hassle-free. Overall, we could not have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thanks!

My quick weekend stay here was great. The condo was clean and ready when I arrived. The location is ideal for the beach. Going downstairs and out the back leads you right to the nice pool. Out the gate is a direct path to the beach. If you're looking for something to eat, I'd suggest the Argentinian restaurant Patagonia across the street...delicious food, desserts, coffee, etc. All tha being said I'd definitely recommend this condo for your getaway.

We were surrounded by fantastic restaurants, making it easy to enjoy great food without going far. The attention to detail, comfort, and cleanliness made it feel like a true getaway. This rental unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4, with each kid having their own bed and bathroom. Just a block from the beach, it is close and convenient to everything. We have stayed in this building before because we love the building itself, and this was absolutely the best unit we have stayed in. The wraparound balcony offers gorgeous views and the interior was pristine. The hosts were communicative and so easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

From every Airbnb stay I have eve had, Jesica has been by far the BEST host I have come across. She was not only caring, she was super responsive and dealt with every concern I had. There was a delay with getting the room cleaned from the hotel and Jesica and within minutes Jesica had called the hotel to rectify the issue. She was also so kind to make my first travel experience with my 2 month old baby a comfortable one to remember! The place is stocked with all the travel essentials that you don’t want to drag along with you and MORE. If I ever have to travel again to Miami with a baby I know I’m coming back here. The view to the ocean was beautiful but what really made my stay memorable was Jesica being such an accommodating and responsive host who cares about her guests, it makes a huge difference in the experience.

The apartment felt very spacious (great walk-in closet and large living room) and looked just like the photos. The pool outside is beautiful and has easy access to the beach!

This location was great! Being right on the beach is a major plus. We rented loungers on the beach but also used the chairs available in the condo. Our kids loved playing on the boogie boards and with the other sand toys. The condo was clean and very private. The host was very responsive!

This is what an air bnb should be. It’s clean, great mattress decent furniture, lots of towels and it was as pictured! Wish it had a better view but we knew this when we rented it. The area is great one block off the beach or one block the other way to the intercostal. The water taxi is a great way to sight see! Thanks again for letting us use your place.
