The place smelled so good and was so clean when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect. So many good bars/restaurants in walking distance we didn't need to take a lyft/uber hardly at all and it's really close to the airport. The host's communication was great and she was really helpful any time we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

This place is the best spot to stay at 100% everything from the surrounding view, the distance to areas around Brickell Miami is within close range wether walking or quick drive. Great host and service will definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, offering great local recommendations and making sure I had everything I needed for a smooth stay. I truly felt at home and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Paula was very accommodating with our stay. She made us feel right at home and was pretty responsive when questions arouse. There was an almost hurricane that was about to hit us (but missed) and she had emergency supplies brought over in case we lost power. Would definitely rent from her again.

The place is strategic because of its proximity to the airport, which makes it ideal for a short stay 😁

Loved this beautiful property. Lovely neighborhood so close to great restaurants in South Miami but also close to Coral Cables, Coconut Grove and Dadeland. We loved how peaceful and quiet the area was and the interior was beautiful. High quality linens on extra comfy beds. Super well stocked kitchen. We loved the extras like a big espresso machine, and the fully stocked coffee/tea cupboard. Communication was very rapid and Angela is such a caring and kind host. Oh! And I loved seeing the peacocks in the front yard as I enjoyed coffee on the front porch! What a treat!

My quick weekend stay here was great. The condo was clean and ready when I arrived. The location is ideal for the beach. Going downstairs and out the back leads you right to the nice pool. Out the gate is a direct path to the beach. If you're looking for something to eat, I'd suggest the Argentinian restaurant Patagonia across the street...delicious food, desserts, coffee, etc. All tha being said I'd definitely recommend this condo for your getaway.

This place exceeded all expectations, it was even better than the photos. The place was spotless, beautifully designed, and located in a peaceful, private spot just a quick walk to a stunning beach. We were surrounded by fantastic restaurants, making it easy to enjoy great food without going far. The attention to detail, comfort, and cleanliness made it feel like a true getaway. This rental unit was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 4, with each kid having their own bed and bathroom. Just a block from the beach, it is close and convenient to everything. We have stayed in this building before because we love the building itself, and this was absolutely the best unit we have stayed in. The wraparound balcony offers gorgeous views and the interior was pristine. The hosts were communicative and so easy to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

From every Airbnb stay I have eve had, Jesica has been by far the BEST host I have come across. She was not only caring, she was super responsive and dealt with every concern I had. There was a delay with getting the room cleaned from the hotel and Jesica and within minutes Jesica had called the hotel to rectify the issue. She was also so kind to make my first travel experience with my 2 month old baby a comfortable one to remember! The place is stocked with all the travel essentials that you don’t want to drag along with you and MORE. If I ever have to travel again to Miami with a baby I know I’m coming back here. The view to the ocean was beautiful but what really made my stay memorable was Jesica being such an accommodating and responsive host who cares about her guests, it makes a huge difference in the experience.

The apartment felt very spacious (great walk-in closet and large living room) and looked just like the photos. The pool outside is beautiful and has easy access to the beach!

Our stay was great! Wonderful location, convenient to Fort Lauderdale and Miami. The ocean view from the balcony was fantastic, love the pool, & being right on the beach. The 2 bedroom condo was very spacious yet cozy & had everything we needed for the perfect vacation. Ganit was superb! Wonderful communication & very quick to respond. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Ganit for being a fantastic host!!

This is what an air bnb should be. It’s clean, great mattress decent furniture, lots of towels and it was as pictured! Wish it had a better view but we knew this when we rented it. The area is great one block off the beach or one block the other way to the intercostal. The water taxi is a great way to sight see! Thanks again for letting us use your place.
