Amazing basement studio apartment located about 20 minutes from the airport and to downtown (depending on time of day and traffic). There is free parking, a private entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, shower, laundry room, dining area, and a 65-inch TV. There is a day bed and a futon. This listing and all amenities are not shared spaces and include a private entrance. I do live in the upper level with my pup, but no interaction is needed unless requested. Cleaned professionally between guests.

You will have a private bathroom across the hall with a walk in shower. We are located within 15 minutes of all the major arteries around Pittsburgh as well as Downtown itself. We live upstairs and respect privacy and quiet hours.
