This home is an original Sears Roebuck Kit House which is listed on the National Registry of Historic Homes, and is beautifully restored with period furnishings.

The east side towns are also all within about 3 miles. Excellent grocery stores and restaurants are very close by. Parking for 1 vehicle on property.

Bring Ur Love/enjoy this private home. We R 2.5+- miles 2 historic main street retail/ restaurants/ music/etc. All guests R 2 B registered/paid for 2 B permitted on property even if they're just stopping in. Dock&water stairs are not in the water but the outdoor seating is waiting to be used by my guests. You may move the chairs to your liking outdoors but please put them back where you found them. Pets welcome for a fee.
