An indoor pool and sauna are directly opposite in 100 m, the nearest ski lift and bike park in 1 km. A shuttle to the ski resort runs regularly right in front of the property.

It is about an 800-metre walk through nature to the entrance to the Winterberg ski lift carousel. At around 68 m², the apartment offers enough space for up to 5 people and a small child. The swimming pool is included, and the sauna is operated via a coin counter (€2). We are a partner of the Sauerland SommerCard!

Build in 1717 by the Prince of Waldeck, the historical monument water mill lies lonely in the midst of dreamlike nature in the natural reserve Wattertal. Affectionately restored, we offer you 6 dreamlike rooms for your holidays, seminars or events.
