Location was stunning, the host was lovely and it has beautiful walks on the doorstep. Hot tub definitely worth the extra money as elevates the stay to another level. The dog thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well!

We’ve just returned from 2 nights here and we’re very sad to be leaving! The pod has everything you need for a comfortable stay and has clearly been well thought out. The spot is very private and incredibly peaceful. The huge secure garden / field was absolutely perfect for our dog - she loved it. Lots of lovely footpaths nearby to explore too. Can’t wait to return!

This was a gorgeous place to escape. The space was beautiful, clean, well taken care of and provided everything I needed. The location was stunning, It was peaceful and beautiful, and even though it’s on the owners’ property, Extremely private and I felt quite isolated. Friendly and helpful hosts as well. Already thinking about booking myself another weekend away!

Amazing place. I had a very relaxing weekend especially chilling in the hot tub. The views were amazing as well. Jessica was a great host and was available for anything. Would definitely recommend

The Cabin was peaceful and clean. The compost toilet was the nicest compost toilet I've used - easy-to-use and well presented. The close proximity to the farm shop and cafe was excellent, especially the quality and price of the farm shop foods and beverages. Also, Lizzie was a friendly and helpful host who made the Cabin feel like home.

We loved our stay at Manor Cottage in Seend this past weekend. Peaceful cottage with homely feel, great tennis court and wonderful relaxing gardens. Francis made sure we were looked-after at all times. Thank you!! TJ & Gabs

We absolutely loved our stay at The Blues Hut, situated amongst apple orchards in the peaceful heart of Peterstow. The stunning sunset, birds, fireplace and peace on the property were incredible. Roger made our stay seamless and it was wonderful to run into him at the local pub. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a getaway.

WOW- I can’t recommend this listing any more highly. Lou went above and beyond to make our stay special. The drive through her garden/farm to get to the accommodation felt magical, before witnessing the stunning Shepard’s hut. If you’re looking for a cute countryside retreat, this is the one for you. It was so peaceful having a few drinks in the fairly light lit hot tub, before crashing on the large king sized bed. 15 minute drive to cheddar gorge, and only 5 minutes to local pub (or 20 min walk). Lou was super responsive the whole trip and did whatever she could to make our stay feel special. We will definitely be returning next year (potentially with friends as she has another studio with space for 2 more people on a separate listing). Thanks so much :)

We loved this place so much, quiet, private. We stayed for a weekend with kids and dogs and we loved it. Sat round the fire. The kids exploring the woods Easy to find with what 3 words Everything you need in the kitchen and bedrooms Amazing time had by all

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wendy house. Host Graham was really easy to communicate with. We enjoyed watching the stars come out from the sanctuary of the hot tub!

We had such a fantastic stay at Val and Tony's beautiful cabin! The place was spotless, cozy, and even more stunning than the photos. The highlight for us was definitely the hot tub—it was the perfect way to relax and take in the peaceful surroundings. What truly made our stay extra special was the thoughtful birthday touch they added for our daughter. It meant so much to us and made the trip unforgettable for her. You can really tell Val and Tony care about their guests and go the extra mile. We can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a clean, gorgeous cabin with amazing hosts, this is it. We'll definitely be back!

We had the best stay. We were 2 couples and the space was perfect for 4 adults. the property was clean throughout. Chaska was faultless, great at communicating with us and so friendly! The setting is truly beautiful, you feel very peaceful and relaxed. we were lucky to have lambs in the field next to us and watched them for hours on end!

we had a amazing 2 night stay at Sally's shepards hut over the bankholiday. Sally is a great host and gave lots of good information on the surrounding areas for activities to do. The garden and hut were kept great and overall it was a really pleasant stay. 5 stars 🌟

Lovely cabin perfect for a little getaway for 2! We love staying here as it’s nice and close to everything that’s needed, but tucked away enough that it feels private. It’s always clean and very cozy! Everything we need there, hosts are always responsive and accommodating!

We loved our stay! The Shepherd’s Hut was cozy, clean, and peaceful. It’s the perfect location for serene country walks and a visit to Bath city. We appreciated the warm welcome and all the little thoughtful touches in the space. Will definitely visit again

Although a small space it was very well equipped and beautifully clean. I loved the ornamentation. Ann was very helpful and provided milk of our choice for hot drinks.

Natalie and Chris's cottage was so comfortable, peaceful and beautiful. Stocked with everything you'd need, very clean bright and cheerful. Natalie was lovely, friendly and very helpful when I had afew technical problems 🤣 and very quick to respond. lots of National Trust properties and Historical Homes nearby to visit. And so well situated for Bristol, Gloucester, parts of Wales. I will most definitely be going back 😊.
