You will be in the immediate vicinity of shops and beaches, everything is within walking distance: bakery (50 m), Carrefour Express (200 m), Saint-Anne Bay (250 m), Grève Blanche Beach (800 m, 10-minute walk), aquarium (800 m, 10-minute walk), Forum pool (800 m, 10-minute walk). The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.

We are about 15 minutes from the Pink Granite Coast and Perros-Guirec. Lannion city center is a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, as well as the SNCF and Bus station and we are located on the Morlaix-Lannion greenway.
