We had a great time at Elisabeth's place. This one is perfectly located, right in the heart of Dinard but quiet. The accommodation is very clean and functional, and very bright. We did not enjoy the small balcony as we went there in January but it is possible to have lunch there and it faces south. The bedding is very comfortable and the shutters and windows allow perfect insulation from noise and light. Elisabeth is a very friendly host and accommodating for schedules. We treasure this address because we will definitely be back. A big thank you!

Convenient accommodation because everything is within walking distance and close to the beach. Key box system that offers flexibility and autonomy. The parking space right across the street is very nice because it's difficult to park in the city. The accommodation which has 2 bedrooms is convenient and comfortable. bright and pleasant terrace.

We had a great week in Bénodet! We had considered beach and idleness but finally we hiked every day (cool weather) and we loved our beautiful discoveries between coastal trails, Polder, forest and marsh. The location of Françoise's studio is ideal, quiet and almost beachfront. The many amenities of the accommodation are modern and very useful. the sofa bed does the job perfectly. Special mention for the shower, of high quality. We will be back.

We had a lovely end-of-year stay at this ideally located apartment. Sea and hiking trails within walking distance. Quiet, very clean and well-equipped. Recommended.

A lovely stay with friends with children Only downside: the room next to the house in the garden with 4 sofa beds that can't really be counted in the overall sleeping arrangements fortunately for us 3 children slept in umbrella beds otherwise we would not have had the mattress count in the dwelling unfortunately... A magical place, ideal for people who love calm and walks by the sea. The view is fantastic. We were hosted very well.

A long weekend spent in Isabelle's home. A beautiful little house facing the sea. The garden is really an asset in case of good weather. We are delighted with our stay. Small thing that was missing, a washing machine when we stayed several days.

Accommodation as described, very well equipped with plenty of storage. Ideal location 50 m from the beach, possibility to walk through the beach in the center of the Turballe and the GR34 to go to Piriac is very close.

We had a pleasant stay. The listing is exactly as described and is about a 20-minute walk from downtown. It might be helpful to specify that access to the parking space is with a badge, so it's best to temporarily park nearby while you pick it up from the property.

good home matches the photos very close to the sea It was a treasure hunt to find in a pouring rain the gate and then the good stairs that lead to the accommodation. We hadn't read the instructions carefully. Once found it was a pleasant stay.
