We spent a few days as a family in this place, ideal because very spacious, bright and functional, it feels like home. The place is close to beautiful walks and places to discover the forest of Brocéliande. We'll be happy to go back!

Very good stay in this beautiful house. There is nothing to plan just to put your bags down. The house is really nice to live in, quiet close to the sites of Brocéliande Very responsive and very pleasant hosts.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Viviane's. The house is nicely decorated and the top floor is a beautiful place to watch the sunset from. The rooms are a good size and match the photos. The backyard is also. Viviane was very responsive and It was very easy to check into. I would highly recommend the home.

Very nice stay. The host provided us with wood for the fireplace and we enjoyed the fire every night.

We had a really nice stay in this place. Upon arrival, we were won over by the size of the spaces, which offered optimal comfort for the duration of our stay. The equipment was complete and quality, perfectly meeting all our needs, and the decoration, neat and tasteful, helped create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Note the ease of parking, a significant detail. In addition, the proximity to shops has been very convenient on a daily basis. Finally, we particularly appreciated the calm of the accommodation and its surroundings, ensuring restful nights and a peaceful stay.

Jean-Pierre's apartment is located in a place 5 minutes' walk from the station, very easy to reach, on the 4th floor with an elevator, the check-in and check-out times are flexible. Jean-Pierre is a very kind and friendly host who will try to accommodate our requests. We enjoyed having afternoon tea and cooking our own dinner in the apartment and walking for 15 minutes to the lively town area, we enjoyed our stay and recommended for travelers traveling to Rennes.

Very clean and very spacious apartment in a very peaceful area, in the heart of the upper town and very close to the more commercial area. The apartment is also very bright. The little more convenient: fresh bread deposit right next door at the tobacconist, very nice and pleasant neighborhood atmosphere. The nearby sea.

Ronan's place is extremely well located. The market downstairs from the building is a plus and we didn't hear any noise. The apartment is very quiet for work. We have been coming to Granville for 3 years and for the second time to Frédérique's and not the last time. Frédérique is a wonderful hostess, everything is simple and so well thought out. The apartment is in the very center, large, tastefully decorated and wonderfully equipped but the most important thing is that you really feel welcomed thanks to Frédérique's attention, from aromatic herbs to rhubarb jam to shampoo, everything is done with warmth and talent. We had no difficulty and if necessary, I have no doubt that the solution would have been found with Frédérique. Finally, the value for money is very good. From now on, Granville rhymes with Frédérique. We will be back.

Despite the rain we had a pleasant stay in this rental where the setting was worked with care (furniture, light fixtures and heathered paintings). The children really enjoyed the treehouse and picked up the chestnuts from the large garden. We needed the fires in the fireplace that we especially love in the fall. For the rest, the rental is well located (close to the beach, site visits, rather quiet area).

Beautiful villa, with magnificent ocean views. Even in rainy and windy weather we loved it. A beautiful walk from the GR 34, which runs along the entire coast, at the foot of the house. The villa is in perfect condition, the amenities of the house are great. Beatrice is a very welcoming host, who gives good advice about the area. Everything went perfectly from start to finish. You can go there without hesitation.

A perfect stay in a quiet location with warm hosts We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in the fantastic vacation home of Alain and Carine, and can only say: It was absolutely perfect! The house is in a very quiet location that invites you to relax. The loving decoration of the house makes you immediately feel at home and creates a cozy atmosphere. Alain and Carine are extremely warm hosts who spoiled us with Breton cake during our stay. They were always available to us if we had any questions or needed anything, and at the same time pleasantly reserved so that we could enjoy our privacy. The farewell was difficult for us, but Alain and Carine made us feel like we could come back at any time. We look forward to being their guest again in the future. Overall, we can fully recommend this vacation home and give it the highest rating

We booked Jean-Michel's house for a family holiday. This was for 14 people and across 3 generations. The house met all our requirements and expectations perfectly. The swimming pool and outdoor areas were great, the bedrooms spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Jean-Michel was a super host, being responsive to a number of questions about bedroom set up. It was good to have Priscilla there on arrival to answer any questions. The town of Etel was a nice peaceful place, from which you are able to explore the local area. It would have been useful to have a floor plan showing the house / bedroom layout but that is being picky. We would highly recommend both property and Jean-Michel as a host to anyone else.
