In a fantastically idyllic location, between forest, meadows and a sandy beach 250 m away, the holiday apartment, completed at the beginning of 2025, is hidden with special architecture and minimalist design. If you want to listen to the sound of the sea (with an easterly wind), the call of a red kite (with a westerly wind), marvel at sunrises over the Baltic Sea (from the bedroom) and explore the beautiful landscape between Schlei and Geltinger Bay with a view of Denmark, you have come to the right place.

"Lotte," the big sister of "Liese" in the same house. Both in picturesque Arnis. The duplex, which was completely renovated in 2023, was provided with a no-frills interior. On 90 square meters there is a spacious living and kitchen room with partially open roof structure, a (children's) bedroom, a bathroom and guest toilet. Above it is a spacious sleeping loft. The courtyard of the house leads into the garden - it extends to the Schlei. Here you can swim and relax on your own jetty.

This house is situated in a pleasant residential area on the outskirts of town. A cozy apartment in the basement is an ideal "anchor place" for one-two people. High in the north, located on the Schlei and only minutes away from Schlei or Baltic Sea beach, the municipality of Rieseby forms the center of the Schwansen peninsula. The apartment is located at the end of a street. The large garden invites you to barbecue and relax. A seating area and garden loungers are available for our guests. For children, there is a swing and slide in the garden. The nearest shops are in Kappeln and Süderbrarup, both about 6 km away. The Schlei (5 km) and Baltic Sea (15 km) are also within easy reach. The area offers many opportunities for activities for young and old.

Our apartment "Smukke Bleibe" offers a cozy and light-flooded atmosphere on just under 80 square meters and impresses with its view of the Maasholmer harbor and Schlei as well as fantastic sunsets on the sunny balcony. In a direct location to the sailing harbor in Maasholm, it is only a few meters away from the water. The apartment was completely renovated in 2024 and fully furnished with a modern charm.

My anchorage

My place is 300 meters from the Schlei with beach, right in Arnis in a fantastic environment. You'll love my place because of the cozy location and the scenery. My place is good for couples (with babies or toddlers), solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). Since May, we have been participating in the model project of the Baltic Sea Fjord Schlei.

Our cozy apartment is located in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park. Baltic Sea (9 km), Wittensee (7 km) Bistensee (6.5 km) and the Schlei (8 km) are not far away. The cities of Eckernförde, Schleswig and Rendsburg are within 6 - 20 minutes by car.

The "Sonnendeck" has a view of the Eckernförder harbor and is located in a newly built apartment building close to the beach. You will love the light-flooded apartment and especially the large sun terrace offers space for recreation.
