Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Set on approximately 18 acres of land between the town and the Hunter Valley Wine Country. Very close to the town and vineyards and 45 minutes to Newcastle as well as 2 hours to Sydney. All 6 bedrooms have French doors. Stepping inside through double doors, the huge main living space offers a wood burning fire, spectacular raked ceiling and a indoor bar. Fairy cottage is a self contained unit set overlooking our fairy garden. The cottage consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room. There’s 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The front porch has a swing seat overlooking the fairy garden. Feel free to wander around the property excluding our home and back yard. Approximately 5 mins to local vineyards ,20 mins to Pokolbin. Lots of local pub’s and restaurants nearby too most with a courtesy bus. Just a lovely spot
