Podere Vergianoni is an ancient and historic property dating back to the 17th century, located in the beautiful hills of Chianti in Tuscany. The apartment is impeccably furnished in the traditional style of ancient Tuscany: wooden beams, terracotta floors, and tasteful handcrafted furnishings that will help you enjoy a pleasant stay. In the large outdoor courtyard, you'll find a saltwater swimming pool on a panoramic terrace with wonderful views of the castle, hills and vineyards, and breathtaking sunsets.

Provencal-style apartment nestled between vineyards and olive trees. You will enjoy the tranquility of the countryside 10 km from the city and 4 km from the highway. The song of jays and cuckoos will be the soundtrack to the stay while the roe deer graze among the olive trees. A basic Italian breakfast is included (coffee, tea, milk, biscuits, etc.), but if you prefer a richer breakfast served at the table, the cost is €15 per person (€10 from 5 to 15 years, free under 5 years). The house enjoys a rare and enchanting view of the Val d’Orcia and Monte Amiata, ensuring maximum privacy. The interiors mirror the charm of the Tuscan style, with antique furniture and finishes made by local artisans. Bright, delightful and welcoming apartment located right in the heart of the historic center of Cortona with an unforgettable view: the town hall on one side and Lake Trasimeno and the Valdichiana on the other. The apartment has been recently renovated and consists of a living room with sofa bed, a small kitchen, a double bedroom and two bathrooms. The apartment has WiFi, heating and air conditioning, a washing machine, oven, microwave, hairdryer and flat iron.

Podere Pereti Nuovi – Modern Tuscan Villa

Podere I Pereti was entirely build by our grandfather Remo in the 1970's. My siblings and I spent most of our summers on the porch with our grandparents watching sunsets and admiring the view of the Val d'Orcia. Entirely surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Nonno Remo, besides having a building company, proudly produced Orcia red wine that was consumed by the family. From the 150 olive trees, every November we filled our tanks with green gold olive oil.

Agriturismo Il Colle is located on one of the Chianti hills. The property has been completely renovated, overlooking the Chianti valleys and enjoying splendid views of the surrounding hills and the city of Florence. The apartment is completely independent, on two internally connected floors, and features a private garden lined with centuries-old oaks and Tuscan cypresses. The restoration maintained the original Tuscan architectural style of rural barns.
