The Rose - Romantic loft at the Spessart forest

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. There is a lot of room for up to 4 people, areas to relax, cook or work. Feel free to use the PlayStation or the electric sit/stand desk for home office activities. The loft is not far from Aschaffenburg, Frankfurt, Wertheim Village or Wuerzburg. All can be reached in max 50 minutes or less. Also, Spessart forest starts right behind the loft, a lot of walking and biking opportunities can be accessed from Waldaschaff and from the loft.

Im Herzen des Odenwalds, direkt am Waldrand, liegt unser Holzhaus im idyllischen Stadtteil Airlenbach der Stadt Oberzent. Unser, im Stil eines Forsthauses, eingerichtetes Holzhaus garantiert Ihnen Ruhe und Entspannung vom Alltag und bietet eine optimale Ausgangslage um den Odenwald zu erkunden. Pure Entspannung bietet die neue Holzterrasse mit großer Sitzgruppe und einer wunderbaren Aussicht. Das Ferienhaus bietet mit ca. 120 m² großzügig Platz für 6 - 8 Personen.

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

You live in a historic building, built in 1799 by the Princes of Mainz as a forestry administration, in Rippberg - a district of the pilgrimage town of Walldürn in the Odenwald region of Baden. The apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and invites both for a short and a longer stay. Due to the advantageous layout with 3 rooms, the apartment is suitable for maximum occupancy not only for a single family, but also for 2 couples, for example.

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "the Ima," a cottage built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many conversions and expanses, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms ( 2 with doors and one with curtain), plus fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. The renovated holiday home "La cour de l ´Atelier" belongs to an old farm with special charm. This includes a large meadow property and fruit trees. The farm has a very beautiful old courtyard and is surrounded by its own buildings. The vacation home is ideal for large groups, family meetings, hiking groups or even bike tours. If you want, this is the ideal place to relax. This is not the right location for parties and loud gatherings.

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.

The Waldheim is an Art Nouveau villa in the climatic health resort of Lindenfels overlooking the castle and the Weschnitztal and has a separate apartment for up to 6 people.
