A cozy, beautifully decorated house. Nice kitchen, delicious coffee. The conservatory is very spacious, comfortable and wonderful to relax and stay outside all day. We loved the variety of plants around the house. Our little dog was very happy with his gift clip! Who doesn't want to sit on a sandy road with a setting sun and where you'll walk right into the woods! Thanks Robert and Marielle for the quick communication and warm welcome

Very pleased with the stay at this accommodation with my partner. Despite the fact that it is in the center, at bedtime you don't hear any noise at all. We would definitely return on another occasion.

What a wonderfully spacious apartment. It was more spacious than it looked in the photos. In the evening very cozy with the stove on. All amenities were good. For us the perfect base for a few days of nature and city. We were there in summer winter but for other seasons also a really nice place to stay. Thank you!

The hosts José and Jelle, an incredibly warm couple, welcomed us with open arms and made us feel immediately comfortable and welcome - like at home. The location of the accommodation is simply fantastic! In the middle of a quiet environment, yet centrally located, it offers the perfect base for discovering the beauty of the surroundings and nearby towns. The apartment was not only clean and stylishly furnished, but also a great coziness. The warmth and hospitality of José and Jelle have made our stay a very special experience. Not only did they give us great tips for the area, they spoiled us with an extensive breakfast basket and other delicious attentions. We can fully recommend this property. We felt very comfortable and are already looking forward to our next visit.

I wanted somewhere for our family to relax. Arjen's house was perfect. It's a beautiful space, or rather, a collection of beautiful spaces. We were also lucky enough to be there when the orchard was full of fruit. Arjen was brilliant to communicate with. I highly recommend staying here if you can.

Lovely place. Beautiful outside in the forest. WS not entirely clear that it was among other recreational homes, but that didn't matter much. Lovely place to stay with friends.

A lovely cottage on the Korenmolenweg, full of comforts, nice beds, bathtub, privacy, peace, comfortable, walks from the cottage, dog could come (very nice!), a nice, enclosed garden full of birds, Haaksbergen nearby, in short: repeatable!

The house was just great, we had beautiful weather and could use the huge garden, sauna and barbecue. We liked the dining area the most, which was cozy with glass fronts and views of the garden. We can imagine coming back again. Patrick was very responsive and ready for any question.

We had a lovely weekend at Villa Heidebloem. The house and the area are beautiful. The sauna and hot tub have been used a lot. And the glass house is perfect for a cozy evening. Contact with host went smoothly. Highly recommend!

A beautiful and eclectic home with tonnes of space for our family. Walking distance to the zoo and local market. The surroundings are beautiful and the home had everything that we needed to be comfortable. We all slept beautifully thanks to the extra comfortable beds and linens:) we really appreciated the early check-in after our long flight as well.

Celebrating a few days of Christmas with the family. House is perfect for a larger group and the pool table and dart board were a success. The living room/kitchen are not very large, but due to the extra Bar space it is completely fine. We had fun days!
