Monthly Rentals in Brooklawn

I stayed here during a short trip to Philly and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The studio is super stylish, clean, and cozy, you can tell they really care about the details. The bed? A dream. I slept like a baby. I also loved having access to the lounges, yoga studio, and gym. It felt like staying at a boutique hotel, but with that "home" feeling. The building is quiet and everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. Bonus points for the artisan coffee and the fact that I could do laundry without leaving the unit (huge win!). I stayed at Ashraf's place for several months, so got to know it quite well, and it was truly an excellent place to call home in South Philly. My favorite things were the large windows that let in plenty of light, the shower and the rooftop with a great view of the skyline. It was very comfortable for working remotely, and though you can hear typical city sounds, it was nice and quiet. The area is terrific, plenty of food, drink, coffee options nearby, quiet and felt safe. Ashraf was a friendly, helpful and responsive host. A few things that are not criticisms but good to know for guests: While you have the whole top floor to yourself and the bedroom and bathroom are private, the hallway and kitchen are a tad more "public" in that there isn't a door to the top floor itself. There isn't a full fledged dining area. And while the bed was fine, I wouldn't have minded a better mattress. Those little things aside, I highly recommend Ashraf's place and would definitely stay again.

I have been staying with Marie for over a year, and I always feel like I'm at home. This is a wonderful place if you have pets, but also a busy schedule. They have a lovely yard, and cozy home. I usually stay with my dogs, and we they actually whine out of joy when we pull up. I think that's what you might call a Five Paw Review.
