Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Broomhall

This is a beautiful, spacious cottage with everything you could need for a few days away. We all enjoyed relaxing at the cottage in between trips out, the upstairs living space has lovely views and ample space for family meals, cosy reading corners and lots of streaming services to log into. There’s a lovely pub next door that does stone fired pizzas, shops within walking distance and dog walks accessible from the door. The Rivelin valley walks are a few minutes drive away and are great for couples, families and dogs. Sheffield is accessible within 15 mins in the car, great food halls, craft beer places, cute brunch spots and much more. The Peak District for walking and visiting cute villages, outdoor pools and caverns is also within 15-30 minutes. A great place to stay and so much space

My family and I have just returned from a lovely stay at Lynwood House. Lynwood House was clean and modern while retaining period features, it had everything we needed to feel at home. It was an easy walk to all the local amenities and some great walks from the doorstep. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful House and would return in a flash.

Tai and Amy’s place was really lovely their place was extremely relaxing and had everything we wanted, They were amazing at communicating with us and was always on hand when we wanted them. Would highly recommend this place Thanks again 😊

Anna home was beautifully presented, spacious and spotless. Everything we needed was supplied. All instruction from check in to operating electronics were provided and clear. A thorough guide was supplied for those that need advice on local amenities and sites. Tram line and station within walking distance <5mins Perfect location and accommodation for what we needed. Thanks Anna, I’m sure we’ll be back!

Emma’s house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week stay. Comfortable bed and furniture and everything was very clean. The area was very quiet and just a short walk to the town centre and there was always plenty of parking in the street, the parking permit was a real bonus. Happy to recommend Emma’s place and would stay again.

Brilliant value for a group of us including four teenagers for a football match in Mansfield. Good location (10 minutes walk to town and 15 minutes to the football ground) and plenty of take aways/shops nearby. Plenty of space in the house and big fridge/freezer etc and due to the size of the group, it was a real bonus to have 3 bathrooms/showers. Also, parking was good as we travelled in four separate cars and a quiet area as the house is located across from a primary school so very little noise at night. Definitely would book again but hoping not to if we get promoted😀

It was extremely thoughtful of Brad to leave some well needed staples, which meant after a lengthy drive we didn’t need to go out again. The place was extremely clean and one little niggle was sorted out promptly and more than fairly. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here, as Brad was fantastic at communication and very easy to get hold of. Thank you.

I didn't come with many, but I would have done under different circumstances. I didn't come with my partner who struggles with back pain, our toddler and her wonderful three older sisters , but if you have a bigger family, you'd appreciate anything affordable that could work. 2 double bedrooms and a sofa bed as advertised, but there was a massive empty bedroom on the 2nd floor that could be used as well. I found a lot of baby furniture and gear. There are even Zimmer frames for those who need them. Basics stocked in kitchen and quite big to be honest for a medium kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher for example. Bathroom on ground and 1st floor helps those who would need it a lot. I came by car, but it's not always ideal. However the train station is not far really to even walk. There are buses into town and its not far. Your next to a pharmacy, fruit shop and chippy. Overall, I actually was overwhelmed by my trip for personal reasons and found it a peaceful place to just slow down

Lovely apartment, short walk from the city centre. Loads of places to eat, definitely not short on choice. Parking a bonus, central for getting out and about.

The check in was really smooth with the option for parking as well proved really easy and accessible especially in the city centre. The apartment was really clean had fantastic views sat on the 8th floor and is a great location for any business or leisurely visits within Sheffield, would highly recommend to anyone! Kenny was great throughout helped with any queries and a quality host, look forward to returning

We had great stay & recommend this apartment for anyone looking to stay in Castleton. The apartment has everything you need for your stay & in a great location, also the cafe below is a gem with great food & friendly staff. Daniel was very responsive with any questions that we had,we definitely found the right place to stay for our weekend in the Peaks.

Amazing location - everywhere we wanted to explore just 5-10 minute walk away - love the area, full of life but quiet to sleep at night. Really light flat, comfortable bed and very clean. Would stay again!

This is a great find. It’s close to the university and wonderful dining options. It’s also nearby the Peak District, easily accessible by bus. Highly recommend!

Great hospitality and John welcomed us with great smile on his face. He even helped us in lifting our luggages to the flat.He is so helpful and kind .The flat looked same like we saw on the site . My kids thoroughly enjoyed with the goodies kept in the flat and our family had a peaceful and relaxing stay.Its near to most of the attractions in peak District

We had a great stay at Jermaine’s place! We stayed for two nights, and it was perfect for what we needed—comfortable, clean, and well-located. We did run into a small issue, but Jermaine was incredibly responsive and came by right away to help. He even left us some chocolates as a thoughtful gesture, which we really appreciated. His hospitality made a big difference, and we’d absolutely recommend staying here!

Shola’s place was great and she is lovely and very responsive. It’s very well situated and very quiet.

We had 4 adults and 3 children under 5 years stay for two nights. The kids loved it with plenty if space for them to run around and for the adults to socialise. The running joke of the weekend was trying to find something to complain about because we couldn't. Everything in the apartment is of premium quality. From the beds and quilts to the bowls and mugs. You can tell the owners care for the apartment and the experience of the guest. Apartment was spotless when we arrived. The views and locations is fantastic. The sound of running water very calming. I will be back for sure.

we loved everything about our stay. the flat was lovely. there were lots of places to visit- National Trust, English Heritage, Southwell Minster, Kingsmill reservoir and Morrisons just 5 mins walk away. - they do a lovely breakfast! We've booked to come.e back for a week after Christmas!

Let's start with the apartment. Very spacious, tasteful design and decoration and excellently equipped. The local environs are stunning. Thanks to Max's suggestions, we took to the feet and experienced some wonderful walking, enjoying some of the most spectacular scenery in England. What a host... no surprise there. Right from the get-go, the communication was excellent, the information thorough, so that everything flowed smoothly. When I had questions, Max could not have been more responsive. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

A perfect overnight stay before a charity walk in the Peak District. So peaceful and cosy and I wish I had of stayed a second night! ☺️
